Dedication
This book is dedicated to those many church members who have unfortunately either decided to: a) not be a member of a church, or b) leave their current church and join another church. It is recognized that such dissatisfactions are deep rooted, frustrating, and can result in disappointment and anger. It is hoped that this book will contribute toward reducing some causes of these dissatisfactions.
This book also is dedicated first and foremost to his late wife with respect, gratitude, and affection:
Amy Elsie Suther Copeland
Wife, Mother, Friend, and Angel
This book also is dedicated to those twenty-five (25) families who were members of the Media Ministries team for several years.
Acknowledgement
The author acknowledges all those individuals who unfortunately sincerely and steadfastly stuck to the poor management ‘business as usual’ philosophy that destroyed (almost complete non-compliance with the Media Ministries Operating Plan) Media Ministries. If the author had not encountered this kind of poor management, this book would not have been written.
The author also acknowledges The Holy Spirit as providing ‘peace that passes all understanding’ to those who experience exposure to undesirable ‘business as usual’.

However, without knowing, many church Leaders continue to make no major changes in their management philosophy. In other words, ‘business as usual’ prevails.
Each church leader who reads this book must pay close attention to terms as defined in this book. It is recognized that churches have different organizational structures and identify
