About this ebook
Richard Franza
I am a spiritualist who has been practicing certain techniques over the course of the last eight years. I am developing myself spiritually, had a wonderful life-changing experience, benefitting in so many other ways, and had come to a realization that I am a practicing yogi mainly because of practicing these techniques. I wish to share these techniques with others so that they can have an excellent opportunity to possibly experience what I am experiencing, a much better life, and become a practicing yogi if they are not one already.

Introduction
M Y FELLOW AMERICAN, it gives me the greatest of pleasures to share with you this book that I am very fond of. I am an Operation Desert Storm veteran whom deeply loves our America. I am also a spiritualist whom is currently practicing certain techniques that are greatly helping me to discover and become my true natural self, and also I am benefitting in so many other ways such as having much more happiness in my life and empowering myself. I have a great deal of knowledge about our America and spirituality. My fellow American, our modern-day America has an excellent opportunity to experience a glorious golden age that has never been seen upon this earth before. One of the main reasons why our America is not experiencing a glorious golden age is because there are numerous problems that currently plagues our America. It seems to be that these numerous problems that currently plagues our America will never be resolved because of not only are many of the leaders of our America basically ignoring them, but also many of us other Americans are basically living in a comfort zone, unwilling to help resolve the numerous problems that currently plagues our America. My fellow American, us Americans are most definitely settling for rusted metal and glass instead of gold and precious gems. Us Americans can have such a wonderful experience in our America if we were to just care about each other and our America itself, and share with each other, and of course, if us Americans discovers and becomes our true natural selves first, then set aside our differences and unite as a mighty team, working together towards resolving our America’s current numerous problems. As anyone can clearly see, us Americans are not even close to doing these things. As a matter of fact, us Americans are basically doing the opposite. This is a shame, isn’t it. My fellow American, our America has drastically changed for the worse throughout the years as we had lost alot of power and respectability in the world. It seems to be that the quality of life in our America is only getting worse as hardly anything is being done about this. It is quite possible that in the
