Cesar aspires to rule through gaining control of the House Sawyer. Julia's artistic abilities are more suited to the delicate manipulation of Elois' and Morlocks' minds and hearts. And then there's Amalie, Galileo's daughter, who's every bit like Cesar. Meanwhile, Galileo's father and head of House Sawyer, Albert, becomes female, Alberta, for mysterious but non-trivial reasons.
