He has coordinated numerous international projects, such as the Twinning Projects under the auspices of the European Union and Amnesty International. He also held the position of Prosecutor in Forensics in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova between 2000-2001. He wrote and published two scientific monographs combining knowledge of astrophysics with knowledge of philosophy. The first book, called The Entropy of the Universe, was published in 2019 and is a study of the entropic expansion in space-time of the Universe since the Big Bang. The second book, called The Entropy of Society, is an interdisciplinary philosophical and sociological study that describes the relationships and evolution of society but also the conditions that triggers its entropy, alongside with the third book The Other Extreme of Life. Since 2006 the writer is the chairman of public association Integrium.

LOVE OUTSIDE OF THE TIME

A scientist who studied animal behavior for many years noticed that the closest feature of the Homo Sapiens monkey is vanity. Those contaminated by this exaggerated pride have an obsession: they want to become human beings.

In order to look like what they want to be, they imitate the human being in behavior, they are aggressive when they think they are threatened, they steal the banana half eaten from the mouth of their colleagues, they try to count to two etc.

But, the same researchers found that what will always distinguish them from the older colleagues, as they think human race is for them, is their inability to dream, to imagine, to see ideas.

Man has been helped in his evolution by the evolution of ideas.

It's all an idea, he thought. Plato still wondered if the dust also contained an idea. Even more so a primate.

In order to find answers, the man always asked himself questions.

The ancients claimed that the sun was a flaming stone.

Luis de Broglie assumed that the Universe was born from the condensation of light.

Thales claimed that everything is water.

Anaximenes proposed air as an element.

Empedocles of Acragas admitted four primordial substances: fire, Earth, air and water , which are set in motion by the force of love (attraction) or hatred (rejection) , a vision that we find present in the subtext of this book.

In the same context, Parmenides remarked that the world is thought: It is the same with thinking and being, that it is the same with thinking and the thought that (something) is; only without the being in which it is expressed you will never find the thought.

Descartes added the following: Cogito ergo sum , a phrase that is for the two authors of the work we present to the reader - Igor Stoica and Lora Levitchi - a bit modified: I imagine, so I exist!

They have a striking relationship between science and the imaginary. Like between two fluids. Comparable to the relationship between numbers and words or between physics and the science of speech.

The boundary between them disappears, so that ideas can communicate.

The correlation between energy and matter, between reality and intuition, between material and spiritual foundations becomes the subject of this narrative, in which the concept of reality is reformed on the basis of the latest data of science, making a transition from direct to indirect, from immediately mediated and from simple to complex, the real being a part of his fiction - complemented by it.

I read in the press (The Morning Star from June 11, 2003) that 3 million manuscripts fly to New York every year, of which about 60,000 titles are published.

The novel Quasar's Enigmas is among the few 60,000. Because it is already there, in the world capital of culture and science, and even long before it was written.

The two authors, Lora Levitchi from New York and Igor Stoica from Chisinau, reconstruct a reality of tomorrow from the perspective of today and reconstruct the present seen from a future time.

The book accurately describes things that will happen ( corona virus , weapons of the future, the bio war that is in full swing at the beginning of the 21st century, without his sacrifices knowing it, etc.).

Both authors completed a necessary path primarily for philosophical maturation: Lora Levitchi gained extensive experience in the financial industry in New York, is a university professor, author of poetry books and fiction. Igor Stoica published two monographs, The Entropy of the Universe and The Entropy of Society, which combines the knowledge of physics with those of philosophy.

This book is a result of their collaboration, written by two people, like a sonata played on the piano in four hands. It is part of the Romanian and American postmodern circuit, the protagonists proposing a narrative process in which prose and poetry form a common body, where, an achievement that seems important to me, there is a stylistic balance, a community of terms and qualitative leaps of writing, accumulations of information, but also of feeling, living, perceiving.

This science fiction novel asserts itself as a key to unlocking the future hidden in the unknown. It combines ancient myths and recent discoveries. It is a catalyst for the awareness of Earthlings about vital things, a guide on how to save themselves and the planet, when dangers become imminent. The impression that the narrative creates at one point is that not the authors are those shaping their heroes, dictating their actions and describing their behavior, but vice versa: rather the two heroes of the novel read their authors.

The main characters are two scientists, who live on different continents, in seemingly opposite worlds, Thomas lives in Europe, Romania, and Margot - in the USA, New York.

They solve a puzzle that relates the Cosmos, in parallel - and for an awareness of the self, implicitly of their purpose on Earth, part of the universal ancestral equation. The heroes of the book are able to manipulate time, a physical dimension over which they have control.

This is how Thomas meets Margot, who had known each other for a long time from a previous life.

Time no longer flows independently of people, it is not just an objective aspect, similarly Plato or Parmenides present, it becomes an idea, same for the two, which also have an emotional connection, Love here becomes an instrument of knowledge, they stated: Love is not something invented by us, but a fulfilled fact.

Love is out of time, out of space, out of people. It is that drop of divinity that God puts in every being at birth. It is spirit, breath, energy, thought, life.

The book describes a love of the future, the authors suggesting that over the centuries people will love the same. The same conditions for happiness will continue to apply: you need so little to be happy if you have your loved one by your side.

The meeting between the glaciers that Margot has with the wolves is exciting. Instead of tearing her apart, the beasts help her give birth: when she recovered, her head was lying on the back of a big wolf, probably the captain of the pack. The other wolves surrounded her like a tight ring, protecting her from the blizzard.

The two authors play a piano of symbols: nature, its elements, beings that in other contexts are opposed, show solidarity for life to continue.

The birth scene, with a wolf biting the woman's umbilical cord and another licking her newborn baby, suggests that necessary union of beings with nature, and beasts with man, in order to survive. In those moments the authors ask: Did Margot turn into a wolf or wolves - into humans?

It is nature in complete harmony, as the Demiurge thought. The narrative becomes a story in which religion and science, faith and contemplation, nature and technology converge on a new creation at a higher level, because it brings us to the original thought of God.

World War III, in which seventy-five percent of the population dies, is defeated by the Love of the Two. Life triumphs as a blessing:

"The rain binds the sky to the Earth,

God shows us that everything is fashionable

Global pandemic or political circus

They are ephemeral, like leaves in the wind."

The future turns into a state of affairs of the present, reconstituting the vein of the two lives - of Thomas and Margot - presented as a duplication of the same character and forming an osmosis of two seemingly contrasting natures, which complement each other to become one alone, a whole through the common child, which signifies the beginning of a new world.

The novel Quasar Enigmas written by Lora Levitchi and Igor Stoica is a symbiosis between History, Myth, Religion, Philosophy, Science, Cosmogony, Literature. It's action takes place on the border between reality and fiction, the place where, Albert Einstein says: imagination is more important than knowledge. They are realities of imagination, illusions of meta-physics and, at the same time, of physics. It is a book springing from an effort to anticipate the future, the one that, the authors suggest, took place a long time ago, in the past ( My girlfriend from another life/With eyes of fire and hair of wind ), as the times which will be found tomorrow with the energy of movement in space, which makes its own support.

What is that support? the authors wonder.

And the answer can only be one.

INTERSTELLAR LOVE, THE FIFTH DIMENSION

The reality is incredibly big, infinitely more interesting than the flesh and the blood vehicle in which we travel. Science still knows practically nothing about the real nature of matter, energy, size or time; and even less about those remarkable things called life and thought. But no matter what the meaning and purpose of this universe, you are a legitimate part of it. And since you are part of All that is, part of its purpose, there is more to You than just this brief case of existence. You are just a visitor here at this time and this place, a traveler through it.

Empathic affection is the basic energy of the Cosmos. Divine love is unceasing, dynamic and creative, pulsates the celestial light in the heart of all beings and things, leads us further and further to innovation, to creation. Our wonderful God-given gift puts the future of the Earth directly in our hands.

But in these tumultuous times, where are we going?

We need a new experience, cosmic inspiration to guide our path to light, science and art, we need an inner recalibration to gravitate again around the divine concepts that the one above has endowed us with as energetic beings, from the very beginning. When instincts and bodies take the place of beings of light and reason, the tar of evil spreads like molasses over all, making us live to some extent apocalyptic times, with imminent disasters, cataclysms and burns, destined to cleanse the aura. Earth, soaked in the sins of mediocre people spiritually still in a dormant state of sleep.

There is a deep connection between what we call divinity/Cosmos and humanity, a connection called cosmotheandric solidarity.

What is savior is in the sphere of reason, beyond the body, we live it in an interconnected universe full of complexities, consciousness and deep convergence with each individual. A new story of the whole transcends our human differences and limitations, encouraging a planetary belief that considers all peoples and all life as a complex spiritual community connected to a single cosmic source.

It is a story in which religion and science, faith and contemplation, nature and technology converge on a new creation on a higher level, because it brings us to the original thought of God. The progressive purpose of beings appears, contrary to any degeneration.

The world we live in is a three-dimensional one to which we must add time. The three dimensions: length, width and height together form a space, in which we live together enjoying the diversity of the species around us.

These three dimensions are what we humans are able to see and feel. But that doesn't mean there are only three dimensions in total at the absolute level. Our interpretation is only related to the limits we are in, being a phenomenon identical to the fact that our ears can hear only a limited range of sound frequencies, but this does not mean that other waves, which we cannot perceive, no longer exist in surrounding world.

For example, if you think that you want to meet someone, you will send a message to him / her to organize this meeting. The next question we need to ask ourselves is: Where should you meet? What is the location or space of this meeting?. You should both set your meeting time at a certain time according to a unanimously accepted chronology, so that you can both find yourself at that particular point in space.

What you are essentially doing is adding an additional dimension to the space, from three dimensions, to fourth dimension, that of the meeting coordinates . You are creating actually coordinates artificially and you are adding them to the existing 3-D space. However, you do not have much control over this fourth dimension called time.

You cannot manipulate it as you manipulate the other three dimensions. You can go forward, backward, up or down, as you wish in space, but not back in time due to the phenomenon of the one way arrow of time. We must recognize that we do not have full control over it, we cannot stop it, we cannot brake it, we cannot buy it, we cannot prolong it.

But the heroes in this book have developed ways in which they have become able to manipulate time. They made time a tangible physical dimension over which they have control. Unlike us, they can advance forward or backward in time, as they wish, to make it possible to save the world from their own chaos, to achieve the collective good, overcoming a possible Apocalypse, which was intended to end the unbalanced state of the world. Thus, the abilities of our heroes will allow them to access a certain hyperspace at different times, using special energies.

If you get these magic powers, she might set up for you a meeting at Starbucks , let's say, Saturday at 9:30 p.m. But, by mistake, we assume that you will arrive at the meeting point only on Sunday at 9:30 in the morning. You accidentally delayed a day, as some people do sometimes, haven't you? Of course, you did not meet the proposed one. He would have waited for you as long as he had waited for you and then left home resigned. Now, if you have the ability to manipulate on time, you can visit the same Starbucks at any time in its timeline. Like our heroes, you could simply roll back in time and meet him as you set out for Saturday morning. In the Quasar Enigmas, however, there is introduced a fifth dimension. Let's name this old dimension after its properties, gravity. Just as time is a phenomenon and a tangible physical dimension, gravity has been realized to have its specific properties, along with electromagnetism and other physical forces.

Time has the ability to transcend through space all three dimensions of space. Therefore, it becomes a fourth dimension related to them. Gravitational force, however, has the ability to transcend space and time if passed into hyperspace. So it thus becomes a fifth dimension. These are the five dimensions described in a simplified way.

Taking the example above, when you visit that cafe on Sunday morning at 9:30, you will not be able to find your friend there. But you know where to look for it in the temporal-spatial chronology of the Universe, since you spoke to him earlier, specifying the exact time of mutual contact. Your assumption would be more correct than that of any random person about the existence of the meeting on Saturday morning and not Sunday, because you both have a connection and a temporal communication, which you shared beforehand.

This is the reason why in the novel you will see Thomas, one of the main heroes, brought within the reach of Margot, because they knew each other temporally from a previous life. Although both heroes are from two different continents, the conjuncture is created to find the right time for them to meet and provide data of a quantum nature, which will facilitate their meeting and scientific cooperation in this life. Anyone who wants to manipulate time will succeed, if of course he is persistent and lucky enough. The reason is that our heroes also have a love affair. There is this talisman, love, which transcends time and space, a kind of clock that communicates the quanta at a level hidden from our eyes.

Love is the only thing we humans really know and feel that has the ability to transcend through space, time and gravity. The two scientists communicate in their mission not only through the scientific language specific to their profession, but especially through the extrasensory language of love, although for a long time they did not recognize it to each other verbally, love expanding more and more as time passes in their souls.

To some extent, love has been and is the highest refinement of sensory knowledge and light, because we owe it all our lives.

Our planet is at a perfect distance from its star, so that it is neither burned nor frozen, for the appearance and development of the DNA spiral, for the multiplication of organic life on Earth.

Each phase of cosmic evolution must be understood as a succession of cosmic wonders and rarities. First was the differentiation between light and emptiness at the birth of the Cosmos itself, then through chaos came the discipline of subatomic particles into atoms, molecules, cells, multicellular beings, each entity making a huge leap to become over billions for years, the material world we know today, for us to defend.

But let us not forget that the human species has mythologized the force of love through Eros, the erotic urgency for love becoming deep and undeniable. The force of love lies in the quality of being an immutable light source of the center of our existence, making us reconnect with the universe, to research it and to discover it daily.

The force of love has woven the tapestry of our world, sewn together through sacred relationships.

We can say that the spiritual world is light and pure love. This is how we were born and there we go, after overcoming the karmic impediments, we will also go to the eternal hyperspace, to salvation on an individual level and on a global level.

Beyond any form, unconditional love is the cosmic adhesive, tying everything together and playing its rites in any dimension. A partner is like a sacred mirror, shining a light on our best qualities and shadows, presenting a life of opportunities for self-reflection and transformation, a metaphor of the self, through his reflection in the mirror opposite.

While some of the characters in Quasar Enigmas identify with the concept of quantifying and manipulating gravitational force and time, others argue that when the understanding of the physical forces of the universe fails, love remains greater than anything else, becoming truly indestructible.

Love is not something invented by us, it is a fulfilled fact. We receive the seed of love in pure and unaltered form from the Creator. It is observable, strong, and meant more than anything ordinary. Love is the only thing we are able to perceive in its original form, which transcends the dimensions of time and space effortlessly, comes naturally, like a call of the being to a matrix already known before. We have no problem believing in the all-encompassing power of fantasy love. Through a transitive relationship, why can't love exist on the same level as science? Why not give it the credibility it deserves? Because there are enough unbelieving Thomas which in their spiritual slumber consider their feelings incapable of overcoming the material world.

The Quasar Enigmas look at love in the same way we consider the Cosmos: there is this complex force that influences everything; I measured it and observed it until I understood its effects, and people dedicate their entire lives to the study of science, often forgetting about love. And yet, we have no idea why love exists, as does gravity.

It's time for something more than a transitive theory. If gravity is a fifth dimension in which we flourish, love, attraction is the spiritual gravity of people. If 5-D is a plane of existence in which you can know everything, then love, this spiritual gravity is truly omniscient.

True and altruistic love is a propulsive force, sending us in the directions we need to go to achieve our high goals in life. Sometimes we feel that we are touching that force of love, other times, it pushes us with force towards the right and appropriate decision or action of our daily life. Love has the ability to manifest as a weapon, it has enough power to induce self-awareness and evolution.

You will see in Quasar Enigmas that love propels Thomas and Margot to accomplish amazing deeds. He had even managed the impossible, to reverse the end of the planet, to create continuity of the new world, when the end seemed so imminent.

But love does not push us into time and space only in the Cosmos of the two scientists mentioned. The main characters are believed to be called by God to embark on a mission, including on the planet Mars. At first it is apparently a coincidence, which unites these people, highlighting their set of skills and knowledge, to hear for the first time an extraterrestrial transmission and to be called to visit this distant planet.

I'm where I want to be, each of us thinks. I am grateful to be here, think our heroes. In their own way, they gave up everything to fulfill their mission, trusting in divinity, so that in the end everyone would fall in love with the divine.

Do you know what the first rule of flight is without the fear of crashing into space? You guessed it right: Love. It leads us to a new state of being. Perhaps the future inhabitants of the Earth after the eventual Apocalypse will be able to understand, finally, the extent of the influence of love in all its multicolored spheres and the vital, beneficial influence in social relations. Love pushes us and attracts us better than the gravitational force itself has ever been able to do, resisting in time, as in the Shamanic Seasons.

Clairvoyant spirits of lakes and forests,

There surrounding the places destroyed by so-called Christians,

Nature breaks the waves of its dress in the abyss of technology,

It is more common in the industrialized mouth of cities,

The fog of corruption and the mercantilism of money,

Are making the night between seasons longer,

I see you, reader, crying and sighing.

Winter, late love, smoke from the hourglass of time broken over houses,

An elder mother remembers her youth,

Ennobled by the tender kiss of her lover,

The smell of the trees soothes her loneliness,

It brings the scent of musk of his lips,
