Carl McCullough is a retired Naval Aviator and government executive. A graduate of College High School in Bartlesville, OK, the US Naval Academy and the Naval Postgraduate School, he and his wife have five grown children, a nine-year-old son, and nine grandchildren. They reside near Charlotte, NC.
