For every high-profile case involving brutality and systemic racism that gets aired on television and other mainstream mass media outlets, there are countless other cases that either are missed or are the subject of cover-ups by the ultra-insiders who control these outlets. John Summers: The Untold Story of Corruption, Systemic Racism and Evil at Bell Baker LLP explores one such case repressed by the mass media. This particular case provides insight into the kinds of racist and oppressive activities that take place in the Canadian legal system away from the prying eyes of Canadians, who observe only a tiny fraction of such activities that the ultra-insiders choose to show via their media outlets. This book reveals the evil machinations of John Summers, who is part of a deeply embedded network of apparently corrupt operatives. These apparently corrupt operatives united in their efforts to destroy a black woman who became disabled as a result of the activities of an abusive husband that they banded together to protect.

Court archives will show that John Summers was the lawyer of official record acting on behalf of Mr. Horace Carby-Samuels, who began to actively engage in domestic violence starting in January 2013. The problem with this official record, though, is that Mr. Horace Carby-Samuels can in no way afford such a lawyer; it has been revealed John Summers demands a payment of $300 per hour. John Summers was, in actual fact, working for a third party that Mr. Summers and the corrupt judges that he colluded with in the Ontario legal system sought to conceal. Effectively, John Summers was a paid mercenary acting on behalf of an anonymous third party. This third party apparently took a vested interest in both destroying the life of Dezrin Carby-Samuels by depriving her of access to her son, who sought to defend her rights as others deserted her, and a bizarre experiment that turned her husband into a psychopath who perpetrated grotesque abuses of his wife.

It is quite obvious that John Summers was hired by an undisclosed and sadistic third party who apparently sought to perpetuate and empower the ability of Mr. Carby-Samuels to abuse Dezrin, his wife.

Raymond Carby-Samuels, who is Dezrin’s son, intervened to uncover and document to the court John Summers’ pattern of unlawful activities, which included aiding and abetting the depriving of Dezrin Carby-Samuels of the necessities of life, and Mr. Summers’ collusion with a clique of three particularly corrupt judges at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Ottawa. Justice Beaudoin, who is an administrative judge there, had consented to a motion to remove one of the corrupt judges who had been actively working with Mr. Summers to perpetuate the abuse of Dezrin Carby-Samuels. The name of that corrupt judge is Sylvia Corthorn.

When confronted with a motion that promised to remove Sylvia Corthorn from engaging in an apparent unlawful conspiracy and collusion with John Summers, Corthorn then colluded with John Summers to support a motion to declare Raymond Carby-Samuels a vexatious litigant.

John Summers was not able to obtain the endorsement of this motion by Horace Carby-Samuels, his alleged client. But this was no problem for John Summers, who simply cooked up a motion illegally endorsed by his own secretary and then got the corrupt Sylvia Corthorn to endorse it.

Raymond Carby-Samuels was illegally declared a vexatious litigant for simply seeking to see his mother and to protect her from ongoing domestic violence, and after, Raymond Carby-Samuels had in fact won a default judgement in February 2016 issued by Justice Patrick Smith before the illegal intervention of John Summers in March 2016. Raymond pursued an appeal with the Ontario Courts of Appeal, whose judges acted in league with a corrupt clique of three judges at the Ottawa Superior. Their names are McNamara, J., Roger, J. and Corthorn, J.

But it was apparent from court proceedings that the Court of Appeal judges simply ignored a well-documented court filing that court clerks said was better prepared than many lawyers. This was apparent when they didn’t even bother listening to what John Summers had to present at the Ontario Court of Appeal, while also cutting off Raymond Carby-Samuels from making a full presentation of his appeal to the court. The Ontario Court of Appeal was a veritable kangaroo court.

This case was then further appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada (Appendix), but out of the media spotlight, the Supreme Court of Canada refused to consider Raymond’s last-ditch efforts to save his disabled mother from destruction and death under the hands of abuse and isolation that John Summers and his handlers sought to enforce.

Lawyer of my ex in Family Law. He lies all the time and likes to play dummy to create confusion and help my ex and the children to fabricates evidents base on case laws as the file approach to trial. Yes he encourage the children to participate actively in the conflict to stand them against their father. I am also in the process of publishing my own mémoires in French as I was self-represented against that rat and kept all the communication between us since 2016. He is highly responsable for the estrangement with my 3 kids. He loss twice in front of a self-represented at trial and during the Appeal process and his eggo was hurt. That crook is only taking his revenge on me by using my children. What a shame and a perfect looser he is. That book gives the best description of a corrupted lawyer who takes advantage of the administration of the Justice. Can’t wait to publish my own story.
