    Dedication

I dedicate this book to the frustrated, fed up, and lost but still hopeful retirees, private investors, and intermediate traders. May this book find you at the right time and place in your lives and trading journey. If this book reaches and helps one person become a better trader, I deem it a success.

I have over 10 years of trading experience. Over the years, I have been through both the massive gut-punching losses and the exhilarating wins.

As a trader, these trading wins and losses have taken a serious toll on my health and trading behavior. I have tried different tools to combat this issue from turning off the computer for a few days to relaxing and choosing
