Introduction

Humankind at the Crossroads – the Corruption of Eden

The story we are about to unpack in these pages is a story that spans a total of 3.5M years, from our earliest hominid ancestors, through to the creation of modern humankind (Homo sapiens sapiens)¹ right up to the modern day. It will feature a complex interplay between the spiritual beliefs of sects, religions, tribes and nations; how these competing creeds have largely become corrupted, and how their impact continues to corrupt our planet. Some might interject that, ‘Religion is dead. How can these historical belief systems possibly continue to shape or corrupt our planet? Surely none of this is relevant anymore in the modern world?’ In fact, it may surprise the reader that nothing could be further from the truth. Literally almost everything that controls our planet, and our lives today, is rooted in and motivated by ancient belief systems, demigods and gods, and the competition between these for dominion over our Earth.

Despite the vast scope of what we are about to undertake, many readers will likely be unaware of much of the information introduced in these pages. Some of this will be down to historical events, while other information we will elucidate – or bring into light – the working of forces that are deemed ‘occult’ in nature.¹ It is, by definition, secret, and its secrecy is guarded by the forces that control our planet and even from the higher realms.

These forces vying for dominion over our planet – as Euphesians 6 says, the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places – are operating at a level which few of us can access. Most of us can only observe the effects of these invisible forces in our daily lives, without any context of where they are leading us. We will begin to understand that the majority of calamities that have plagued our lives, and humankind, have not been random events. These unseen forces that are manipulating our planet – our Eden – have in the past, and continue today to create divisions in societies, wars between nations, create famines and inequality in a planet of abundance; and bring down plagues and weather events on the human population.

For a long time I struggled to find a satisfactory answer to the following question: If our Creator is an omnipotent, omnipresent force for good – a force that gave us in its pristine state this beautiful world for humankind to live – then why did he allow evil to enter our world? Why did our Creator allow a force that acts against his will, and undermines its plan for us? This is an important topic we will address later in the book.

To be clear: The calamities and injustices we witness all too often in our lives are not the random acts of a capricious, uncaring Creator, indifferent to the plight of the people living on this planet. No, this amazing blue planet, this paradise was manifested into existence by a beneficent Creator. By a Creator both omnipotent and omnipresent, yet unseen to our eyes. One who’s energy surrounds us, infuses and animates us, connects us to each other, and to everything around us. This Divine energy that created for us, an Eden, selflessly, generously and for our enjoyment, as Toth describes:

‘…this incomparable work…this glorious structure…This sum of good is made up of many diverse forms. This instrument, whereby…(His will)…operates in that which he has made, ungrudgingly favouring Man’s welfare.’ [1]

So what happened to this, our paradise? Is ours a Paradise Lost? Are we to be remembered as the generation on who’s watch it was lost? For hundreds of years now we have been oblivious to forces operating in our midst. We have allowed ourselves to be consumed by what is trifling and unimportant, whilst naively believing that all else will be taken care of, in our favour. We have been oblivious to these insidious forces, which have infiltrated our Garden, and which do not have our – the Children of Eden’s – interests at heart. We weren’t paying attention, and we didn’t see that we’ve been manipulated, that we’ve been played.

The enemy is now within the gates to our Kingdom, and they want us asleep, unaware and confused for their victory to be assured. But at the eleventh hour humankind has been stirred, and those opened to spirituality have begun to awaken and to face the immense challenge that is now confronting us all.

Are we too late? We are perilously close. We are standing at the crossroads of destiny.

But this has not been the first time our ancestors have been at such a crossroads, or staring into the abyss. It has happened before, but planetary resets were necessary for it to be returned to the inner harmony, and worthy operation of the Will of our Creator. In this episode of the eternal play of our Universe, the future of the Garden of Eden is at stake. And in this context we are not talking about the small fertile delta, irrigated by the Tigris & Euphrates rivers of Southern Mesopotamia that was the biblical Garden of Eden. No, the biblical Eden is a metaphor for a much larger Eden – the Eden that we were given dominion over by our Creator. And it is this Eden – our Earth – that is under attack and, with it, our birthright to live on this planet. The time is running out for us to awaken, as a species, and confront these Dark forces operating from the shadows. The time has come to mobilize, take back control of our Eden, and return its operation to the way our Creator intended.

Here the spiritually awakened are being called upon at this pressing moment in time, to awaken the people, and save our planet – our Eden – or she will surely be taken from us.

It is a curious fact that, when researching each new book, my experience has been that there is always one or two works that shine like beacons of truth, and guide the direction the manuscript ultimately takes. In the first part of this trilogy, ‘The Children of Eden’, it was the work of William Bramley, in particular ‘The Gods of Eden’. In this episode of the journey, I would like to give a shout-out to the late Laurence Gardner for his outstanding works including: ‘The Genesis of the Grail Kings’ and the ‘Revelation of the Devil’. Gardner was, perhaps, the world’s foremost authority on the Grail & Adamite bloodlines, and I have shamelessly used his works as reference points for some aspects of this book

I will conclude this Introduction with an excerpt from a Hermetic text by Thoth*/**. Toth is the Pharaonic god of Wisdom and Writing and one of the most important deities in the Egyptian pantheon. Both beautiful and poignant, this seems as relevant today – if not more so – than it was, 5,000 years ago, when it was written. Here Toth is lamenting to his pupil Asclepius, as to what will happen to Egypt – a metaphor for our Garden of Eden in these times – unless we come together to make a stand at this exact moment for good and righteousness and truth:

‘Do you know Asclepius that Egypt is an image of Heaven, to speak more exactly, in Egypt all the operations of the powers which rule and work in Heaven are present in the Earth below. In fact it should be said that the whole Cosmos dwells in this, our land, like a sanctuary. And since it is fitting that wise men have knowledge of all events before they come to pass, you must not be left in ignorance of what I will now tell you.

There will come a time when it will have been in vain that Egyptians honoured the Godhead with heart-felt piety and observance, and all our Holy worship will be fruitless and ineffectual. The Gods will return from Earth to Heaven. Egypt will be forsaken, and the land which was once the home of religion will be left desolate, bereft of the presence of its deities. Oh Egypt, of thy religion nothing will remain but an empty tale which thine own children in time to come will not believe. Nothing will be left but graven words, and only the stones will tell of thy piety.

And on that day men will be weary of life, and they will cease to think the Universe is worthy of reverent worship. They will no longer love the world around them, this incomparable work of God – this glorious structure which He built, this sum of good made up of many diverse forms. This instrument, whereby the will of God operates in that which he has made, ungrudgingly favouring Man’s welfare. This combination and accumulation of all the manifold things that call forth the veneration, praise and love of the beholder. Darkness will be preferred to Light, and Death will be thought more profitable than Life. No one will raise his eyes to Heaven. The pious will be deemed insane – the impious wise. The madman will be thought of as a brave man, and the wicked will be esteemed as good.

And for the Soul, and the belief that it is Immortal by nature, or may hope to attain to Immortality, as I have taught you – all this they will mock, and even persuade themselves that it is false. No word of reverence of piety, no utterance worthy of Heaven will be heard or be believed. The Gods will depart from humankind, a grievous thing. Only evil angels will remain, who will mingle with men, and drive the poor wretches into all manner of reckless crime, into wars and robberies, to frauds and all things hostile to the nature of the Soul. Then will the Earth tremble and the sea bear no ships. Heaven will not support the stars in their orbits, all voices of the Gods will be forced into silence. The fruits of the Earth will rot, the soil turns barren and the very air will sicken with sullen stagnation. All things will be disordered and awry. All good will disappear.

But when all this has befallen Asclepius, then God the Creator of all things will look on that which has come to pass, and will stop the disorder by the counter-force of His Will, which is the Good. He will call back to the right path, those who have gone astray. He will cleanse the World of evil, washing it away with floods, burning it out with the fiercest fires, and expelling it with war and pestilence. And thus He will bring His world back to its former aspect, so that the Cosmos will once more be deemed worthy of worship and wondering reverence. And God, the maker and maintainer of the mighty fabric, will be adored by the men of that day with continuous songs of praise and blessing. Such is the new birth of the Cosmos, it is a making again of all things good. A Holy and awe inspiring restoration of all Nature, and it is wrought inside the process of Time, by the Eternal Will of the Creator." [2]

Chapter 1

Early Hominids

(3,500,000 – 35,000 BCE)

From the outset, let’s make one thing very clear: Modern Homo sapiens sapiens (that is, you and I), did not evolve from chimpanzees. For readers who have been brought up on the mainstream science diet of evolution and survival of the fittest and all that please be aware that even Charles Darwin himself didn’t believe this.

‘It is frequently alleged that Darwin taught that humans had descended from early apes, such as chimpanzees, orang-utans and gorillas, but this is nonsense: Darwin never taught that. If it were true there would be no chimpanzees, orang-utans and gorillas today.’ [1]

In his book ‘The Descent of Man’ [2], Darwin coined the expression ‘the missing link’, when looking at the archaeological evidence. Darwin was looking to find fossil evidence which would prove his theory that man had evolved from some ape-like ancestor. He would have expected to find evidence in the fossils of some intermediate state between apes and early man. But the evidence simply did not show this, causing a no-doubt frustrated Darwin to conclude that there was a ‘missing link’ in the fossil evidence. To this date – almost 150 years since the publication of ‘The Descent of Man’ – no one has found a fossil of an ape-man, who would have been our ancestor.

Not surprisingly, the notion that humans evolved from apes was an anathema to the Church at the time in Victorian England. The Book of Genesis [3] was clear, stating that the Christian God had created Man whole and fully formed ‘in his own image’ in an apparent instant. It doesn’t say God initiated a process of evolution which, after millions of years, would evolve a creature, that would be in His own image, and that when it eventually arrived he would call it Man. It just doesn’t say that. This is the theological fault line between Judeo-Christian creation story, and the religion of modern ‘Scientism’. The modern religion of science, Scientism, teaches people to believe in scientific notions, that they are misled into believing are scientific truths. But these truths have not been proven – they are just ‘theories’ – the Theory of Evolution, The Theory of Gravity, the Theory of Relativity and so on. These are not scientific facts, they are scientific theories. It tells you that straight out in the title. Then, with the passing of time, when the evidence begins to point to the contrary, it is a) either ignored by the orthodox science community or b) (if it cannot be ignored), someone comes up with yet another theory, contradicting the previous theory, and this, in turn, becomes the new/ current scientific dogma of the religion of Scientism. Scientism demands of its acolytes that they consider its theories as evidence-based truths, but nothing could be further from the truth! The most foundational pillars of Scientism, are built upon theoretical speculations. Evidence is often ignored if it contradicts the official narrative. And this is the case with Darwin’s Descent of Man. This lack of evidence has, until recently, been treated as an inconvenient fact that has been brushed under the carpet since no-one has yet been able to come up with a better scientific theory of how modern Homo sapiens sapiens evolved.

The apes that we allegedly evolved from still exist today alongside modern man. If these apes evolved into modern man, then these apes would be modern men, they wouldn’t be apes! This a logical fallacy that many in the scientific community, the priests of Scientism, would struggle to explain. More generally however, less hard-line Darwinists, believe that ‘well if we didn’t evolve from apes, we probably evolved from some early upright hominid stone age ‘man’, right?’

This seems at face value to be a pretty good compromise. I mean we have all seen drawings in school books, and on media, of shaggy-looking stone age men wearing animal skins, with protruding chins and heavy brows, carrying clubs who we are told are our ancestors, right? Indeed, we have. But if one had to choose which explanation was more accurate: The Judeo-Christian creation story of Man being created (in a relative instant by the Judeo-Christian god, ‘Almighty God’); or Man having evolved from stone-age hominids, who were hunter-gatherers from 40,000 years ago, which would you choose? Well, if you chose the first option, then perhaps surprisingly, you would have been more correct. Yes, that’s right: The biblical explanation is, in fact, the better explanation for the origins of modern humans, Homo sapiens sapiens. Of course, it didn’t come about exactly as the Bible tells us, either. But, of the two explanations, it is actually closer to the truth, and it is an explanation we will go into in more detail in later chapters of this book.

But surely, it is safe to say that early Homo erectus hominids that were hunting and gathering thousands of years ago on Earth, are the nearest analogs to modern man? To answer this, let’s take a closer look at some of our potential ancestors.

‘In 1857 CE, the skeleton of a very primitive hunter had been discovered in the Neander valley near Dusseldorf, in Germany, and his type was duly dubbed ‘Neanderthal’. Other discoveries have shown that the Neanderthalers were prevalent in Europe, Asia and Africa, having existed from sometime before 70,000 BCE. They were thought to have evolved from an early form of Homo erectus through a gradual process from about 300,000 BCE. The problem with the Neanderthal breed was that, although they were the primary hominid race through the Old Stone Age (when fire, hand-axes and flint tools were in use), they were not merely simpler and less developed than ourselves, they were from another line altogether.’ [4] [5]

These Neanderthals had comparatively small frontal cranium bones which left very little room for the thinking and speaking parts of the brain. This meant that the frontal cortex of the brain was orders of magnitude smaller than modern humans. So the problem for Darwin was that Neanderthalers were just too different from Homo sapiens sapiens, for us to have evolved this far from them, in the blink of an eye of geological time.

However, within Darwin’s own lifetime, there was another major archaeological find. This time it was a family of hominids that were unearthed at Cro Magnon in the Dordogne Region of France, shortly after the Neanderthal finding, in 1868 CE.

‘Unlike the crouched Neanderthalers with their heavy brows, receding foreheads, protruding jaws and robust bone structure, the ‘Cro Magnons’ were tall, upright, broad-faced individuals, with a very differently structured brain cavity. In terms of geological time there appeared to be nothing to separate the late Neanderthals from the early Cro Magnons, but they were as different from each other as cattle are to horses. Not only that, their cultures were remarkably dissimilar, with the Cro Magnons showing an uncanny sophistication in terms of their art, clothing, habitation and general lifestyle.’ [6]

What we see from these findings is that the Cro Magnon, Homo sapiens*, hominids appeared on the scene around 40,000 BCE, at a time when the Neanderthals were prominent in Europe and elsewhere. Between 40,000 BCE and 35,000 BCE both species were coexisting, occupying the same territorial regions, but by the end of this period – by 35,000 BCE – there were literally no more Neanderthalers. Could it have been that the Cro Magnons were more advanced, owing to their larger brain capacities, meaning that they had a decisive competitive advantage over the Neanderthalers? If so, this could have resulted in Cro Magnon hunter gatherers being able to capture most, or all, of the available food sources, and resources for themselves, effectively starving the Neanderthalers to the point of extinction. Another explanation, of course, is that they were able to fashion more effective weapons to use – and better strategies to employ – in territorial conflicts with the Neanderthalers, and were simply able to genocide their rivals in armed conflict. Remember, these hominid species were contemporaries, and had begun to occupy the same territories. This would have meant they were direct competitors for available food sources, and other resources. Could this have been a case of Darwin’s ‘Survival of the Fittest’? Quite likely. But, even more likely, it could have been a case of ‘Survival of the more Resourceful and Ingenious’ of the two populations.

So, what gives with these singularly wise, Cro Magnons (Homo sapiens)? How could they have appeared out of nowhere around 40,000 BCE – already more evolved than any other contemporary hominids such as Homo erectus, and the Neanderthalers? Where did they inherit their larger brains, and more advanced culture?

An important point to remember here is that since both species coexisted for approximately 5,000 years from 40,000 BCE to 35,000 BCE, it follows that the Cro Magnons did not evolve from the Neanderthals, who were in fact a completely different species.

‘In 1997, a breakthrough in genetic analysis proved beyond doubt that Homo sapiens (Cro Magnons) have not the slighted trace of ancestry from the Neanderthals…The scientists announced that, without question, the Neanderthal species was a ‘biological dead end’ and that there is no indication of any cross-breeding with Cro Magnon Homo sapiens.’ [7]

Also, the idea that the modern world is populated by peoples who are separately descended from one, or other, of these two key species has now been disproved.

In the meantime, in 1974, another archaeological dig led by Donald Johanson from the University of Chicago, discovered some female bones which they pieced together and called ‘Lucy’. Lucy was found along with the bones of 13 of her relatives, in a site at Hadar, in Ethiopia. This find blew the previous geological timeline completely out of the water, when it was determined that these bones were more than 3 million years old!

‘Here was a most ancient species which had evolved…quite separately from the…European Neanderthal…A few miles away fossilized hominid footprints were later found dated (by potassium-argon dating) from the same era. But these were not the footprints of any conventional ape: these had raised arches, rounded heels, pronounced balls and a forward-pointing big toe. These bipedal arthropods were physically in advance of the later Neanderthalers, and their remains were in Ethiopia…Here perhaps were the primordial ancestors of the Eljo, who occupied the Afro-Asian regions (since 100,000 BCE) [11]’ [8]

Evidence of this early Eljo species was found in a cave in the Ararat mountains of northern Iraq. The bones were dated to be approximately 44,000 years old, however it was established that the cave had been used for shelter from about 100,000 BCE. But Lucy and her family were not the only species of hominid found to be walking upright in early prehistory.

‘We know that the bipedal species known as Australopithecus afarensis (the species that Lucy and her family belonged) dates back more than 3.5 million years (not 800,000 years as science textbooks used to tell us)…We also know that there were four (other) emergent hominid groups: Australopithecus africanus, Australopithecus robustus, Australopithecus boisei, and Homo habilis.’ [9]

And this poses another anomaly for Darwin’s evolutionary theory. Why? Well, while it is likely that the later Homo erectus could have descended from one of these earlier hominid strains, there is evidence to suggest that these hominid species were also contemporaneous with each other, suggesting they were ‘different breeds and not descendant breeds’ [10]

For example, Homo erectus was thought to have existed 400,000 years ago, but there is evidence that he existed as far back as 800,000 years ago. This puts Homo erectus in the same era as Homo habilis, proving again that these species of hominids did not evolve from each other, because they were contemporaries.

Finally, it has been discovered that Homo erectus was around as recently as 40,000 BCE, thus making Homo erectus a contemporary of the Eljo, the Neanderthalers and Cro Magnon. This proves again that Homo erectus was not an ancestor of the others.
