Most of the following poems are true, especially the title poem. You don’t just make that up. In fact: eight of these poems actually happened. Two are conjectures based on headlines of the secretive world of advanced biotechnology. Two are based on real people. Two are ‘pure poetry and one is simply a collection of quotations presented as a poem. Please don’t ask for a
dictionary definition of poetry. Finally,
