Chapter 2

Angel Dominika

  While David was training in the gym with Jack, I was still thinking about a massive revolution that I’m about to cause very soon. All the demons were very quiet. I didn’t know so much about them, so I decided I’ll look for Satan. I haven’t seen him for seven years as same as others.

I came closer to the window of their house as they couldn’t see me. I found out my powers and abilities are now on a much better level than Satan’s. That’s why I decided I’ll walk into their house and see everything from a closer distance.

They had a wonderful daughter called Dominika, and my first impressions were very positive, but I saw she can be a real danger for David. She was one four feet tall, right temperament, blond hair, and grey-blue eyes. I thought she has to discover everything and know everything.

The fallen angel was still in love with his girlfriend as he didn’t want to throw out a second chance. She became a sense of his life. It seemed like he gave her everything she desired for, nothing to complain about.

Young Dominika ran to Satan in mini shorts from Lucy. She stood right in front of the mirror. Dominika knew she’s a very wonderful girl.

Dad, look at what I wear! Do you think it looks good? She asked with a smile.

You’re beautiful, like your mum.

Thank you, what do you think, mum?

I think you won’t be alone in this place, Satan told her. He didn’t go to the Devil’s gym for seven long years because he did his own, as I found out later. That’s why we haven’t seen him anywhere.

New life made an angel from him. Love for Lucy didn’t allow him to make something terrible, so he started to look forward to the invitation to Heaven back between angels. One thought made him still sad. I could read it from his mind, forgotten David, his only son. He went to the window and looked sadly outside, thinking about him.

What are you doing, David? I hope you’ll forgive me all one day. I didn’t forget about you, but I realized who I am and who I was. I’m Angel, and I’ll stay angel. I can’t desire for anything else now. I don’t want to hurt anyone anymore because I know how it tastes. Fortunately, I know where I belong. Everyone deserves a second chance if he wants, and I want it. I have chosen you, great family. Jack loves you as same as Michele, and I believe they care about you very well. One day we’ll see each other again, my son… He sent a loud message by the wind to David. I’m sure he heard these voices in his head when he was training. You know, Lucy, a lot of things changed, even I changed, and I’m delighted that all is still the same between us.

From the first moment I fell in love with you, the way how you lied to me was very bad, but now I understand why you did what you did. On the other side, I don’t know how David will feel about that.

He has everything. Jack is a great father for him, and he’s still doing all for him as same as Michele.

I think you should go have a look at him, show him that you still like him. He didn’t see you for long seven years now.

It’s a while for me now, Lucy, you know it, but I can’t do anything, the love to you changed me, and I don’t want to go back to David because I would start to think about different things. I’m an angel, not a demon anymore.

And I’m just human. You should know what’s good.

Even Dominika is growing up, but we will all live forever, and that time will come very soon.

That’s fine, Dominika answered. God appeared in front of Satan.

Stand up, old friend, God told him. What do you wish?

You know I’m doing all that I promised. The world is better, but I still fear it…

I’m scared of David. I don’t know anything about him. I’m not in contact with him, and I hope he’ll lose all his powers as same as the others.

Don’t worry about him. That’s why Dominika is here, and as same as Lucy changed you, she’ll change him. Love is the answer. Why you forgot about him?

I haven’t. I’m thinking about him day by day; he’s my child, but all my hate went to him, that’s why I’m scared.

No. He does stupid things. He’s riding through the city with his car, and today he helped one human. You’re an angel, and he’s your son. He’s also an angel, and in a moment when Dominika will change him, he’ll understand how beautiful life is, and you will come to Heaven. You know everyone deserves a second chance, so don’t spoil it now. It sounds beautiful. Satan, Lucy, Dominika, David, all of you will get a chance to rule this world together and take care of everything. That’s how it will be. I hope that humanity will find out everything soon before I’ll change my opinions.

I agree, you’re doing well, and soon we’ll see each other again, God added while Satan smiled. In a second, he left back home.

Isn’t she pretty? Lucy was proud of her daughter.

She’s a beautiful girl, and I’m sure that we all will be one day proud of you.

So nice… Both of them were thinking and smiled at Dominika.

So come to the next room. Dominika, come and try the next clothes, please. Lucy told her, and they went with Lucy to the living room.

If everything will be like it has to be, we’ll be all in Heaven. David will meet Dominika, and everything will change.

I hope Dominika will change him, or the love, but what if not?

Satan grabbed her hand, moved her on his back, and brought her to the bedroom.

I’ll give you spooks. You’ll cry, wait… Devil was happy and removed from her one piece of cloth after another.

That’s what excites me; you beast from the Hell! Lucy shouted, so Satan stopped.

I’m fortunate. You can make fun of everything. I feel so great!

So shut up and kiss me, you, idiot! Lucy provoked him, grabbed his t-shirt, and drew him close to her. 

Chapter 3

Hypocrisy

  David didn't need an alarm clock the following day. He woke up alone, prepared for the breakfast, lunch, and brunch to the box, and with every breath, he felt that he enjoys his life. He took the bag and went to school. Melvin was waiting outside already; I had to follow them too.

Hi, man!

Hi, what is that thing in your hand?

Don't you see? It's a cigarette.

I know, but the point was different. Why are you smoking?

Everyone smokes today; just have a look! Melvin pointed, and David looked around and saw lots of older boys what looked as same as him. One group of those boys recognized young lord too.

Hey, is it you? How many times you repeated that you're still in first class? The tallest guy from the group laughed. He hasn't got a cigarette in his hands but marihuana.

It smells like shit. Get away from me! David answered.

I was asking you on something, you idiot. Are you able to answer me? He provoked him and blew smoke from marihuana to David's face and then passed it to a friend on the side.

That guy is an idiot, and look at that big fatty next to him… Other boys were laughing at both of them now. David recognized other classmates, people watching from the windows, teachers attending from the cabinets, and finally, the last look went back to the provocateur in front of him. A guy with a hidden monocle passed by David.

Don't say anything, or they'll beat you like me. His dad is boss of the gang, and they're selling drugs… He whispered as he passed.

What did you told him, you bastard? Do you want more?

Shut up, turn around and go back to the place where you came from, or I'll kick your ass, David said. I felt troubles in the air. I could smell David will try to do something special, but I wasn't sure if he's ready yet! Luckily I kept watching him.

Show me… The brave guy said. His friends helped him to take out his sweatshirt and prepared him for a fight. If you want to fight, come on! He shouted and punched David to face. David was standing still, smiled, and removed his sweatshirt too. The attacker got scared very quickly because he saw the muscles under the sweater.

You wanted to fight, don't you? David asked when he noticed that his opponent wanted to give up already. It was too late. Young lord grabbed him by his neck. 

What's your name?

Josh… It - it was just fun!

Yea? Young lord replied and gave him back one punch. With just one hit, he fractured his jaw. The boy in front of him started to cry like a waterfall. Others ran to their classes while David was still holding Josh. We still haven't finished yet. You don't know with whom you played with, boy… David said and gave him head. He fractured his nose. I hate guys like you. You're trying to impress everyone, and now you're crying? Look at you, you have one hundred twenty pounds, maybe you're taller, but you tried to beat seven years old boy? Are you proud now? You're crying like a small girl. You should tell your dad about seven years old guy who beat you up or go to the hospital because you'll bleed to death very soon. How does that feel like? David asked him. Josh was still crying. At this moment, he couldn't do anything else. David released him and gave him the next punch to the face. The older guy fell to the ground. When you'll stop crying, you, the hero? Go to the hospital, or you'll bleed to death! David said, turned around, and went to school. His action caused great applause and admiration.

You're good! Other students shouted at him.

When you'll finish today, I want to talk to you. The schoolmistress told David, and he agreed.

I was so happy; everything was all right! He made it! I was very proud of him, but I still preferred to keep an eye on him. David saw another two friends of Josh standing aside with Melvin. He went to them.

Oh shit, here he comes… Melvin told them.

What are you doing here with them?

I was asking what he smoked because I liked it.

Don't try to smoke it; how much books you rode yet?

I'm not reading any books.

Maybe it's time to start, and you two, what are you looking at? Do you want to beat too?

No – no! The guys feared. David smiled and grabbed Melvin by trapeze and squeezed it forcefully.

Arghhh! Melvin shouted.
