I wrote the first draft of my book in less than a month. I was in the middle of my first draft of my second book when the idea for the prequel came to me. I completed the prequel in less than two weeks.I wanted to publish last year but 2019 was a very rough year for me. I took the time to edit and rewrite some things in the books and made a New Year's Resolution to publish in 2020 no matter what.I am a firm believer in Everything Happens For A Reason. Iam reading the report the private investigator gave me. I smile. She has always been so predictable. She stays to her routine. I miss that. I miss her. She is going to be pissed that I’ve been keeping tabs on her since she left New York. I had to. It’s my job to look out for her.

She is probably going to be mad that I lied to her for so long. It was the only way to protect her. I will make it up to her. I may buy her something nice or take her to Hawaii. She loves the beach. I’m sure once I explain everything she will forgive me and give me another chance.

I am lost in thoughts of making up with my woman when the whore interrupts. "Um Babe, are you hungry?’ I look over at her and make sure not to change my expression. I fucking hate her.

Why?

I wanted to start cooking dinner but I don’t want to start too early. I know you like your food hot not room temperature.

I refrain from snorting. She should know that. I’ve beat her enough times that she should never forget. Have dinner done in an hour.

She gives me a bright smile. Okay Babe. I’m making your favorite. Rice, beans and pork chops.

I wave my hand at her in dismissal. Her cooking is nothing like the way my woman cooks. Yeah, okay.

She walks out and quietly closes the door. I hate this game I have to play with her but I need her to tell me where she hid the information she found. As soon as I have the information I’m fucking killing her.

Afew days later I’m staring at the pictures of my woman the P.I. sent me. I miss her voice. I hate not talking to her. I hate not having her in my life. I promised I would not contact her so I could still have contact with him. He does answer my calls or texts every few weeks but he never answers my questions about her. I know she is the only reason he still talks to me. She has such a good heart. Anyone else would have talked shit and made him hate me but not her. She has always been the better person in so many ways. I can’t believe I let the whore get information on me. I really fucked up. There is a knock on the door.

Yeah

The whore pops her head in. Babe, dinner is on the table.

God, I hate her. I didn’t tell you to start cooking.

A look of fear crosses her face. Um, it was getting late. I figured you were hungry.

I guess she is going to need another lesson. You figured wrong. I’m not hungry for food. Take off your dress and come here.

She smiles and takes off her dress. She is naked. I don’t let her wear underwear when we are in the house. Easier for me to teach her lessons. She walks suggestively to me thinking I actually want her. She is wrong.

She stands in front of me and smiles. What do you want Babe?

I look her up and down. "Get on
