About this ebook
Everyone Lies
That's something that both Vassalla and Storm know very well. Both come from the streets of a war ravaged Empire born in the wake of World War. Storm is an advisor to the Emperor himself while Vassalla is merely trying to make a living while ensuring that her dying sister receives the best care. Their paths collide in the form of a job offer that no one else wants. Become an assistant to the tyrannical advisor and receive a fee guaranteed to buy her sister the care she needs, or watch her die a slow and painful death. The choice is easy, or so it seems on the surface. Someone is trying to kill the emperor and the very first subject is one person.
Vassalla, who's own father killed the previous emperor.
