      I'm continually impressed with this series -- the books are so short, and you'd think would be pretty repetitive (there are a LOT of clubs), but somehow Nuurali manages to tell a completely different story every time, and they all have great messages. This one is about Sadiq's Dugsi classroom planning a fundraiser for Ramadan. Dives into friendship dynamics when Zaza withdraws from the group and Sadiq realizes that he hasn't been listening carefully to his friend's ideas.

      It is Ramadan and Sadiq and his friends from Islamic school are planning a fundraising iftar to support a school in Somalia. But it seems one of the boys is no longer enthusiastic about the idea. A welcome and diverse addition to early chapter books that features boy characters.
