About this ebook
Fish can be showy pets. But some take a lot of work! This title introduces beginning readers to pet fish through low-level text and bright photos. A fish tank diagram and labeled photos of different species support the text and reinforce content for students just starting to read independently.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Just right for an emerging reader who is looking for the chance to learn some beginning facts. This does just enough without overcomplicating the matter. The photography is very clear and engaging and the book does an admirable job of explaining some basic matters of biological classification, which a teacher will appreciate though a student might not see as terribly important yet. Good elementary library book.
