About this ebook

Twenty-something Robbie Ivy wants to keep her life as simple and commitment-free as possible. Who needs a high-pressure career, a relationship, or a family anyway? But Robbie's life gets inextricably complicated when her estranged father shows up with a shocking revelation about two teenage girls who disappeared in South Beach. One of the missing girls is Robbie's step sister Kate-a step sister Robbie never knew existed. Unwilling to reestablish family ties, Robbie is hesitant to get involved-until the body of her step sister's friend washes up in Indian Creek. Desperate to find her missing step sister, Robbie immerses herself in the unfamiliar world to which Kate may have fallen prey: the sexy, sizzling South Beach club scene. Swept up in a corrupt, destructive society, Robbie searches for a cold-blooded killer in the hottest South Beach hotspots. But in this see-and-be-seen world, everyone is dressed to kill, people are dying for a chance to get beyond the velvet rope and someone is watching. Robbie may have to choose between saving her step sister-and saving herself.

What can I say about Someone’s Watching a novel by Sharon Potts? I can say a lot. I will start with this is the first time I have read this author and I was very impressed. I found this book to grab my attention from the very beginning. I have to admit I felt is got a little slow for a moment or two, then I will say I hit the middle and I could not put it down. This book’s ending gave me a surprise. This book is full of murder mystery, loss and found family. You will meet the main character Robbie Ivy. She is very likable and all she wants is a simple way of life. She is content with her job at the Garage a bar where she is a bartender. You will several characters from her bar. Her life is all but simple. The other main Character is her half sister Kate. She is a high school senior who finds her choices to be not so fun after all and costs her someone dear to her heart. I gave this book four and half stars. I rate the books I read on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, with one being the worst and five being the best I had to put this book down to deal with a busy time in my life and would find myself wondering what happened in the story. I could not wait to get back to it. I believe this is the second book Sharon Potts has written. I plan on reading more of her writings she is that good. I must let you know that I won this book from the website The Library Thing. This is where I have to tell you that the review I have written is my own opinions. If you like a fast paced story give this a try you. I truly think you will like.

This was a good, action filled, fun read. It kept me interested to the very end. I would have liked some of the characters, namely Jeremy, to have been explored further, but other than that, this book was very enjoyable, easy to read, fun, action-packed suspenceful and I would definately recommend it.

A nerve wracking tale as the book drags the reader into emotional involvement through Robbie and he glimpses into the life of the missing Kate. It is incredible how the author has made me want to scream at the characters that Kate is right there!

I rated this book a five because it was very interesting and it deffinitly grabbed my attention. This book is about a 2 crazy teenagers that wanted to act older and take a trip and in the end they end up getting kidnapped. And this book is about a girl who finds out she has a sister that she hasnt known about for her whole life and to make it even worse she just saw her dad for the first time in 5 years and that her sister she just found out about is missing. She doesnt know wethor to help her dad that abandened her for another family or just ignore him..........but in this book it shows true sistertly love and it shows that you can do anything as long as you set your mind to it. This book is a mystery book and it has to be one of the best books i have read in a long time!
