E-mini Futures Trading Earning: Cognitive Energy Since 2016-01-01 Through 2020-05-14

Within two months, US stock market will end the current rally. The current rally is now facing big pressure from go up further. Within half year, after the pull back from the current rally, US market can go up again to provide a second rally. However, after the predicted second rally, within one year, the US market will crash again to break the low point of this crash, for S&P 500 Mini, the price will drop below 2174 level. In this report total 64 time scales for the energy of S&P 500 micro future were investigated.

Different time scales of the energy correspond to different time scales of trading. My interpretations are such that: 12 types of time scales for S&P 500 E-mini may hold LONGs, 51 types of time scales for S&P 500 stock index futures wait for trading opportunities, 1 type of time scale for S&P 500 index future has a SHORT. In this book, we study the cognitive energy of the following time scales (in minutes): 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, 90, 100, 120, 150, 200, 300, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000, 2400, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10000, 20000, 30000, 40000, 50000, 60000, 70000, 80000, 90000, 100000, 120000, 180000, 200000, 240000, 300000, 400000, 480000, 500000, 600000, 700000, 800000, 900000, 1000000, 1500000, 2000000, 2400000, 2500000, 3000000, 3100000, 3200000, 3300000.

In view of the fact that time scale for the energy is 1 minute, price momenta are very short time and can last for a few hours. As time scale for the cognitive energy is 3 minutes, energy tendencies are very short time range and can last for a few hours. Seeing that temporal measure unit for the energy value is 5 minutes, energy thrusts are very short time and can last for some hours. Seeing as time horizon for the value of energy is 10 minutes, trading trends are very short term and can last for a few hours. Because time scale for the energy value is 15 minutes, energy tendencies are very short time and can last for some hours. As time value scale for the energy is 20 minutes, energy thrusts are very short time and can last for a few hours. Owing to the fact that temporal scale for the energy value is 30 minutes, trading trends are very short time and can last for many hours. Seeing that time value scale for the cognitive energy is 40 minutes, price trends are very short time range and can last for some hours.

All conclusions are based on a simple statistical observation implies that a divergence between the value of energy and the value of price usually leads to a change of trading trends. This report can be used for the reader with long-term and momentum trading strategies in mind such that to decide the long-term positions based on the divergence between the price and the value of energy. For swing trader, it is helpful to check the divergence between the energy and the price value for each price region of the trading period, such that the local energy tendencies can work together with swing patterns for enhancing the winning chance further. For day trading, it is useful to check the trends from the divergence between the value of energy and the value of price such that every trading action is backed up by long-term price trends and get more profit from high-probability bids. Since the cognitive energy is unique from any other trading indicator , it is not expected to learn and master this brand new method in short time and in an easy manner. The reader is advised to use it as an extra guideline to aid the conventional trading strategies that the reader might be familiar with and comfortable to use at hand. Although the long-term trends will stay for a long while, since the timely nature of stock market, updates to the results in this report might be needed if the reader choose to think in a shorter time scale.
