I-INTRODUCTION

There is no pleasant way to introduce this body of work except for what it truly is. It is my long time social science experiment that became a posthumous letter to the world after my near death experiment after my experience with broken heart syndrome. The work that the toll of years of human rights advocacy, U.S. government harassment, corruption, and empathy overload from experiencing the death and destruction of child innocence took on my health. For this reason I have chose to present this work in a manner that will advocate for Mental Health Awareness within the Journalism and Humanitarian sectors for the psychosocial work related trauma that we experience.

The Cosmos Initiative is a series of investigative research conducted from July of 2001 to May 2019. The research is ongoing. This is Vol. I titled, Decoding America’s Disruption. This book is an unedited (but redacted) collection and a raw chronological documentation of the research that I conducted in 2017-2019 while I traveled across the U.S. A. as an underground journalist and filmmaker for the Justice Speaks Up Project (and podcast, and 2018 while in Journalist asylum in Canada for this work.)

I chose to publish my essays (work) separately from my personal (family) experience to symbolize the necessary division between work and our personal lives, and to promote this necessary division. When rules of engagement art violated by criminals and journalists are forced to manage both it causes psycho-social disorder which I am choosing to advocate for. As a means to battle corruption and also raise awareness. It also documents the online harassment I experienced during the current U.S. leadership, my struggles to survive organized crime, humanitarian harassment, and the bulk of my United Nations Archival Research while in journalist asylum in Toronto, Ontario (Canada) from December 2017 to March 2019.

This story has nearly a twenty year background. Volume I will be your guide for the forthcoming podcast, Fault Lines, which will allow you to follow this investigative research moving forward. This research is moving fast and this is the most logical way to allow you to catch up on the back story while following the research as we proceed. This social experiment was simply to show the breaking point between technology, human rights, corruption, war and conflict, and raise awareness for the need to address gaps in order to proceed with proper preparation for space exploration.

Simply put, I wanted to show that we are experiencing a technology based cultural shift, and the responsibility and beautiful opportunities that awaits us in space exploration. But more importantly to raise my concerns that the gaps in these sectors were presenting for the safe development of Artificial Intelligence. To present a thesis, which can now only be defined as an enigma, and that if one was to present the thought, that if human rights are on the decline and corruption and violence was on the rise during the Fourth Technology Revolution that we can clearly see that the global community was failing to prepare this generation of children for taking the helm of advanced technology. I wanted to impress the power of our vote and leadership selections because our technology has caught up to our imagination. The daydreams of our childhood are rapidly becoming reality.

To allow leadership to see that a system reboot was needed to address current geopolitical, transnational, terrorism, autonomous weaponry, emerging black markets for arms dealing, responsible social media engagement (and the security breaches that were putting journalists and entrepreneurs in harm’s way), and that humanity over profits is the best investment of resources.

But most importantly, that Generation X is the middle child between youth and outdated leadership that has for far too long allowed corruption to slowly conduct a hostile takeover of democracy and blatantly making self serving decision that undermine the basic principles that allow humanity to prosper. That we have a choice to say what happens with our future. The future of our natural resources, environmental health, the treatment of newcomers to our country, that the inherited social disease of violence that is contributing to slaughter of children has desensitized a large portion of the population and killed our empathy. Empathy…the driving force behind sustainable peace. After all how can anyone justify the slaughter of peacekeepers and children? Why are they allowed to get away with it?

What is truly important to humanity at the end of the day if you are complacent and choose not to act you are contributing to the crimes as well. To choose not to adopt the beliefs of these monsters and that we can simply choose to disarm and expect more of the leadership in our global community. That we no longer adopt their violent beliefs or will no longer endure the harassment and slaughter of our loved ones and associates that choose to report, step in and dedicate their lives to sustainable peace efforts. To make them see that technology has rendered a full stop to these activities and they must be held accountable for their violence and conquest. But more importantly, I wanted challenge why elected leaders are choosing to ignore many of these issues while they allow human suffering and the destruction of our planet in complete defiance of science.

When all is said and done, is the multilateral effort of THE PEOPLE who will have to take government corruption head on, collectively, in order to secure sustainable peace. While some have referred to me as a revolutionist essay writer, I was simply document the corrupt acts of men, as an investigator and journalists, as my civic duty in order to prevent a hostile takeover of a key leadership office, preserve democracy, cultural preservation, prevent the suffering of many nations at the hand of a few war profiteers. My hope was to allow people to see that there is violence and corruption has no place in space.

I am a proud globalist due to the fact that I am a visionary and see where the world will be by 2050. After due diligence and research that I dedicated to the Sustainable Development Goals are the key to sustainable peace. More importantly, it is the key to attaining equality for women. As a matter of fact, I foresee the rise of women globalist over the next several years. Once the benefit of these Sustainable Development Goals are realized among women and the ability for them to eliminate violence on women and children, the maternal instinct in women to protect and nurture will contribute to the rise of the divine feminine. The aggression towards the divine feminine by the medieval influence by Islam and Edwardian Era will start to turn yellow and fall from the branch of violence like that of a fig tree. This will be significant for countries such as Africa, India, China, and Arab Nations.

This combined with advances in technology presenting flying vehicles into the mainstream market will render borders. I have experienced enough death and violence at the hands of corruption to last several life times. The failure of a flawed government, its suppression, and intentional failure in order to attain their personal agenda and complacency towards the concerns voiced by concerned constituents. To put a spotlight on these tactics and the suffering of the people within America in order to show that human rights violations and corruption based cultural genocide is occurring within America. To breakdown the mental bias that nothing like that happens in America.

To be clear, this generation isn’t asking leadership to address borders and immigration, it’s asking for leadership to face reality of humanity’s potential, our future and evolve in order to meet the demands of technology and space exploration. Space exploration is the key sustainable peace and meeting the Sustainable Development Goals. However, corruption must be addressed head on and dramatically reduced otherwise we are building a castle on sand. The single biggest threat to humanity at this time is violent Islamic ideology that from, what I can see, that the key players in passing on this ideology are aware of are threatened by the advancements of the Sustainable Development Goals and UN Peacekeeping efforts.

As I present this work to you please bear in mind, that I am empathetic to the people whom for hundreds of years have fallen prey to what I see is a cult. I am simply producing the evidence that I have gathered. Much of my work is about stimulating conversations about topics that matter. To create solutions because to be honest I don’t see how having the same arguments for the next fifty years is going to eliminate the problems plaguing our global community.

The impact the Islamic Ideology has on the evolution of religion, women’s rights and education stands the risk of leaving Muslim practitioners behind the evolutionary curve. What is worth, we are seeing that our current leadership has allowed this to creep into America for profit thus further deepening the concern for the decline of women’s rights along with civil and human rights in general. The obvious acts of the Trump administration to adopt the principles of known hostile nations, Russian and Saudi Arabia, and the willingness to conduct hostile takeover of Native American land, land owners (women’s) assets.

The adoption of these barbaric principles can fracture the fabric of democracy and the evolution of humanity. It is not just a transnational issue but a geopolitical matter that should concern many nations. If America falls to the ideology of Trumpism and his long time business partners it will entirely destabilize the security of international peace. I personally believe we are being led into war, furthermore, I believe preparations are being made for Saudi Arabia to recreate the actions of the Prophet Mohammed and the Spice Trail (Maritime Spice Trails).

During this journey to finalize this research and present it to the global community, I came under fire, therefore I chose to document the harassment and my attempts to lead by example in order to impress upon the global community that if one woman can stand, then all of us together, can flush this poison from our lives and build brighter futures which can only be done by choosing an act of selfless sacrifice which is often the basis for humanitarian work. Life is always a gamble, I simply chose to go all in on humanity and turn my back on corruption.

Truth be told, I was left to fend for myself when all emergency resources for journalists were denied to me, much to my shock which is why I have chosen to establish a crisis intervention center for journalists in crisis (more about this later.) My pleadings for legal assistance, advocacy and justice to stand against organized crime, murderers, and to hold them accountable fell on deaf ears. I was only met with cowards, con artists, and opportunists along with fake advocacy groups that were mere proxies for corrupt interests. The more I asked for help, the further I found my family wrapped in the web of deceit. With this reality slapping me in the face, I chose to take a stand and build a legal case in the proper legal tribunal.

In this first volume I am sharing my experience in hopes that it can be a catalyst for change. Unlike the many that failed, or refused, or colluded to encourage this activity, I do not fear criminals. I work to see them held accountable in a court of law and no amount of lies, deceit or abuse of office can defame me as my work speaks for itself. Everything done in darkness comes to light and I am relieved that the global community is now seeing what many died to expose. Corruption is going to kill us all and lead us to war if communities don’t unite in a unified effort to expose them. This network picks of people and companies off one by one in order to prevent themselves from being exposed and maintain power.

The Trump Administration has blatantly conducted human right violations and then withdrawing from the International Criminal Court days after I filed my claim in the International Criminal Court, could not have been more obvious as to the extent he has been willing to go to abuse his power (and help friends.) After all if your goal is to be a war profiteer and oligarch then you have to be able to conduct equally suppressive acts of tyranny upon your own people, women, children, poor, disabled, etc. And although this may be palatable in Saudi Arabia or Russia, this treason will never get past the patriotic gatekeepers of democracy in America. I personally view this as the attempt to conduct a hostile takeover of American Democracy.

Crime never pays and the best investment of American dollars was the Mueller Investigation in order to protect not just America but undercut the Trump Administrations attempts to roll out the red carpet to the White House and America’s Oil resources to foreign entities, corporate favors, all while serving what could only be special interest groups that breed violence on women, race, all while personally profiting. The blatant racism couldn’t be more brazenly obvious.

During the research path I stumbled upon correlations between high conflict zones, terrorist’s attacks, humanitarian crisis, and the consistent pattern of Islamic Influence. As you will observe some of these works predated recent acts of terrorism and that in order to allow a better understanding of modern terrorism and those suffering at the hands of it, the communications and operating methods must be exposed in order to allow the general public to report suspicious activity to law enforcement. However, with the impact that fake news and misinformation has had on the global community, I chose to swallow fear, and speak up in order to educate the public so they could recognize these patterns and not engage in violence.

Upon further analysis, I observed additional correlations of the disruption that America and the global community was enduring during the Trump Administration, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. To completely transparent in my summation of the long term research, it is obvious to me that Islam had duped the world into believing the delusions of Mohammed and his step fathers into believing that Islam is a religion instead of what I believe science more accurately reflects, which is:

a) It is a medieval terrorist cult designed to suppress the weak in order to gain an unfair advantage in business, suppress women in order to render them nothing more than breeders that would allow them to rapidly spread a violent ideology such as the notorious love jihad.

b) That the Muslim religion has no religious based claim in the holy city and positioned themselves there to continue abusive disruption to a religion that rejected his ideology, and removing the Muslim quarter from the Holy City and relocating them to their holy city of Mecca could dramatically reduce violence, prevent further destruction of biblical archeology artifacts, and undercut the motives of a violent ideology.

c) That analysis of their method of operation dating back to the origins is out of sync with the rest of the world and they know that attempts to evolve and fall in line with the peace efforts of the global community would render their ideology useless.

d) That Saudi Arabia has intentionally, and knowingly hid, biblical archeology sites and artifacts hidden from the global community in order to spread their ideology and eradicate religions they feel inferior obsolete. It is a hostile takeover.

e)That is cannot be denied that Saudi Arabia willingly kept the biblical archeological evidence of Mount Zion sequestered from the Jewish and Christian community and is therefore in violation of international agreements that pertain to the protection of biblical archeological sites and have entirely undermined the trust of the global community to be the guardians of non Muslim sites and therefore should be yielded to the United Nations and be registered as a World Heritage Site in order to preserve them for future generations.

To be clear, I have had to conduct this work while being held without warrant within my own country as a hostage due to the U.S. refusing my family passport rights in order to leave the country. After a background investigation conducted into this failure, I have traced this back to the journalism retaliation I endured very early in my career, along with other contributing factors, lead to the decision to enter the Victims of Crime Program (more of this later.) The forthcoming writings will allow you to follow this journey as I share the nature of my clandestine investigation work, corporate audit in order to pin point the blocking of venture capital (and other forms of harassment), advocate for the fallen heroes in my circle. I now stand alone. The last of a journalist and human rights advocacy group that sat out in 2003 to eliminate corruption based cultural genocide and child trafficking within the U.S. Family Courts and Child Protective Services in order to advocate for the Rights of the Child, court reform, and see high profile child traffickers brought to justice.

Over time it evolved…to the exposure of terrorists communications methods and corruption was a result of fighting to protect the lives of my family and self defense in a non-violent matter. It was important to me not to alter the humanitarian and peace keeping principles that I choose to live by.

As my father told me when he told me after I died, You have clearly been called to serve, so there is the door, the path will be unknown, it will be worse before it gets better but you have to stay the course. It will be the most difficult and rewarding journey of your life. At the end of you will have three options of success? You will win, learn, or die. Either way you go home with honor. Time to go and I will see you when you return with my grandchildren. My father, and my family home, never made it. The location of his corpse is still unknown to our family and requests for assistance from West Texas officials have gone unanswered while the children and I continue to struggle to reunite and literally survive the process of reunification and seeing justice served.

Even as my family struggles to overcome and I sit here conducting human rights research to eliminate the hostilities on children in high conflict zones such as Yemen. I look at the beautiful children and the suffering of famine, I am empathetic to the suffering of the parents due to my own loss, yet I am humbled by their suffering and remind myself that there are always people suffering more than you. That choosing to take on these difficult issues head on is not only what generations of my family has stood against but also the entire body of work that I have conducted for my adult life. The plan was simple…Attain the knowledge needed to create a large scale humanitarian project to eliminate suffering.

At this point in my life, I can honestly say I have stared the devil and all his demons in the eye and it appears we are in a Mexican standoff. But the players on the field are viable players. Some will rise, some will fall, but most importantly this is the growing pains of evolution and the byproduct of my research. My inner eternal optimist and advocate for rule of law believes that criminals will be brought to justice, good will always conquer evil, that humanity will always choose peace of violence, and with the right players on the field we can protect these children from further suffering. However, human collateral has been used successfully for hundreds of years. A solid business plan however disruption is beautiful. So, I am pushing my chips all in and I see the violence of these individuals with relentless acts of love and peace aka I am calling your hand.

II-REDEFINING THE FACE OF THE CRIMINAL OFFENDER - Part One- (REDACTED)

A brief comment on the forthcoming blog post titled, Redefining the Face of the Offender.

#WE are going to ask everyone to journey within themselves to evaluate what their perception is of a #criminal offender…a domestic terrorist? What do they look like? What profession do they hold? Is it a young black man living in #poverty? Is it a #Muslim citizen? Does your mind immediately flip to an image of #Isis #military provided by mainstream #media?

#WE want to break down the bias and stereotypes that exists when this topic arises. To simply ask you to reevaluate your perception of our court system with a focus on the U.S. Family Courts. A system that even those employed by it admits, It’s broken and runs like the Wild West.

After it’s all said and done, if you too, also believe that some court officers currently employed by the U.S. Family Court are acting in the capacity of domestic terrorists, and have committed criminal activity, then #WE ask that you please sign the forthcoming #Change.org petition to have the White House intervene and remove these individuals from their office and prosecute them for their crimes against the citizens of America, including acts of #Torture #CivilRights #HumanRights violations.

There is a silent war on family and children in America and we mean to overcome the media blackout in order to simply produce facts which will allow our followers to come to their own conclusions.

#funfact I have been advised by legal counsel and my media counterparts not to pursue this project while still in U.S. jurisdiction and while my own five year old is in the crosshairs. However, my year long request to restore my passport rights have been refused and ignored. #Imagine that…

So #MeanGirlsClub the last two weeks I have successfully put you in the international spotlight. #ALL eyes are on you…and my son… #ALLchildrenMATTER.

Anything further journalist retaliation to silence me through your constructive attempts to bar justice, allow my son to further deteriorate, to block my business from international travel to market my film work, meet with investors, or cause me an income loss will result in a lawsuit for interference of commerce. It will also expose the world how you abuse your office to intimidate citizens whom question your job performance… and journalists.

I am an International Film Ambassador of Peace that set out to advocate for the weak, and to use my voice in media to get #ALL these children home and bring justice to these families. I didn’t expect the push back from so many government offices and shock that no one would actually was willing to go into Mississippi and recover abducted siblings. Stolen at the hands of a corrupt judge and attorney whom we have documented evidence of. One of many similar cases. Our hand was forced to call upon the international justice and human rights audience to evaluate your job performance.

I am a spitfire to begin with, and even exhausted, I will stand my ground. Surely, a person who rises from the dead to not just recover their own child, but the thousands you have stolen, along with the #Missing500DC, which I have been investigating since May 2016. But know, there are thousands like me, who will continue this fight until America’s families are no longer under siege, and there is no longer a bounty on the heads of America’s children under government funded incentives.

If you are one of the individuals disappointed that this project has hit delays since we started, well I am not sorry. All too often people are easy to judge without ever walking in those persons shoes. Of course, I am scared…for my kids. Alone I am fearless. The fear of disclosing a story would bring harm to my kids, to leave my home, to donate everything I own to go underground.

So #MeanGirlsClub it appears that we are in a #MexicanStandoff. I am protected under the first amendment and you are protected under immunity. Only one of those is a constitutional right. I am doing my job and you, based on written evidence, are committing acts of domestic terrorism on families and children. We are going to let the American public evaluate your performance. They are your jury.

Based on the four month long experience that my COO and I had hitting the bricks in Maryland and D.C. and no one giving a fuck, this journey is going to show the world who the fuck in our government has the backbone to prosecute these criminals and return stolen children to their families. #WE didn’t start this project with the intent of gutting the U.S. Family Courts of those that are abusing their offices to harm the innocent, but here we are. P.S. I am AGAIN, publically and respectfully, making a final request the #Maryland #Governor #LarryHogan to contact my #Attorney on record at the #CourtOfSpecialAppeals in #Annapolis and restore my passport rights. The barring of my passport has been done as an act of retaliation.

Furthermore, I am asking Gov. Hogan to assign #JusticeSpeaksUp a #TaskForce representative to evaluate the conduct of the court officers in his state for misconduct, the need for #FamilyCourtReform ##CPSreform #DomesticRepresentation and to advocate for returning stolen children to their rightful homes.

To be fair, there are still good people doing good work. I am a voice for them as well. The advocates who embarked on a career to make change only to be faced with the reality that you are not there to facilitate change but be a paid advocate to continue government control and dysfunction.

Archer Sierra, #CEOforChange, is acting on behalf of the best interest of the American Citizens and overall Humanity by requesting the following list of requests. American families are under siege and a bounty has been placed on the heads of American Children via Title IV Funding and Adoption Incentive Programs. Furthermore, each state in the U.S. isn’t even mandated to reinvest the funds into improving the lives of American families and their children. These funds can be used to balance each of the state’s budgets among other things. We are requesting:

1-Immediate Intervention to be taken to investigate and audit the books of each state, the American public is requesting to know where these funds are being spent.

2-The IMMEDIATE return of children that have been taken be returned to their families based on EVIDENCE of the withholding/falsifying documents, lying under oath, and coercion on behalf of court officers who have participated in manipulating the U.S. Court System in order to legally abduct American Children and alienate parents and children.

3-That EVIDENCE produced by the Justice Speaks Up Open Source Investigative Journalism Project be reviewed by the DOJ (and all relevant agencies) to immediately file criminal charges against the individuals based the criminal activity that current EVIDENCE supports.

4-That victims of court corruption be immediately granted Victim Restitution, Damages, Defamation of Character, loss of income, and any other charges that may apply.

5-That any and all participating parties in these activities have their licenses to perform in their relevant fields be immediately revoked, and that they are permanently barred from holding a government office or any field that pertains to children.

6-That each individual guilty of said charges defer each of their retirement funds to be used for funding the families under the Victim Compensation Act.

7-That, if deemed necessary, that all guilty parties assets have an immediate injunction put on their assets on behalf of their victims.

8-That each victims legal funds, filing fees, transcripts (both audio and written) and any potential appeals fees be paid for by the state budget allocated for Title IV Funding, adoption incentives, and each victim have the right to choose their own attorney to represent their interest.

9-That all current and future family court hearings, CPS, and relevant court proceedings involving children be video recorded for documentation and quality assurance purposes. That all criminal proceedings involving this matter are streamed via CCTV, White House TV, and colleges who offer legal studies for the sake of full disclosure to the American public.

10-Most importantly, that the White House please schedule a timely meeting with CEO/Humanitarian/Social Justice Advocate, Archer Sierra, and her tech partners, to immediately implement a digital monitoring and accountability software in order to assure the safety and well being of the children currently in state care. We have created the technology; children are disappearing in the system, so let’s use the technology and not wait any longer.

Children in state care are 600% more likely to be abused, neglected, raped, murdered, sex trafficked in state care. The research has been compiled; a team has been formed and is building bigger by the day. The time is NOW to implement a better system for serving the American public.
