In 2015 the American public was bombarded with several news reports about white police officers gunning down unarmed young black men. These stories were very disturbing to many folks, both black and white, and several believed these cases deserved further investigation.

Unfortunately for the families of those who had died, justice for their fallen loved-one was nonexistent. In each case, the white killer was completely exonerated of all crimes.

Had race relations between police and the black community decayed to a point reminiscent of the 1960’s? Were these shootings truly race motivated, or were they inaccurately portrayed as racist to fit the popular narrative of a bias media?

Through exhausting research, several very disturbing facts emerged. Police were killing unarmed men and women of all colors in huge numbers annually across the nation. And in nearly every case, the badge toting killer was not prosecuted for any crime.

Other un-prosecuted violations of the law were also uncovered. Numerous sexual assaults, and rapes, by police officers against female suspects, were discovered. Plus, the apparent illegal act of arresting and overcrowding our jails with people who have committed no real crime, and are only incarcerated for unpaid debts. And the blatant murder of innocent pet dogs by police, for no justifiable reason, other than they can.

Ladies and Gentlemen: There is strong evidence of a Double-Standard law enforcement policy in America today. The elite, including police officers, often receive an automatic free-pass for any crime they commit, while the average citizen, you and I, are always prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

These troubling facts are the basis for this book. It is not anti-police or anti-government. It is anti-special treatment for anyone, including all police officers, because the American Rule of Law applies to all people in this country. And any unlawful use of power should not be tolerated on US soil. It’s time every American knows the truth!

I knew when I wrote this book, it would be viewed as controversial. I also knew those within the law enforcement community would not be happy with the facts and evidence disclosed proving various levels of police corruption. And I expected those who want to keep these facts secret, may attempt to discredit the evidence contained throughout.

But the topics discussed are just too important to every American citizen to ignore. And the truth, the whole truth, which has all too often been deliberately buried, hidden, or distorted by those involved in these various police activates, must be revealed. To be honest, were it not for the blatant lack of factual information provided to the general public by officials and the news media during the past several years, this book never would have been written.

That being said, it is important you do not jump to the conclusion this book is anti-police or anti-government. It isn’t. It is however definitely anti-bad-cop and anti-corruption. It is also against all double standard law enforcement practices. In other words, the focus here is on the failure of equal treatment under the law for all citizens, which unequivocally includes all members of the law enforcement community. No one is above the law!

There are undoubtedly certain people who do not want you to know these facts. They have worked for years to hide, distort, twist, or bury this evidence. If you choose not to read this book, you will be doing exactly what these officials, and those who support them want you to do. You will help them keep their illegal activities a secret.

CHAPTER ONE

It Just Plain Stinks

Prior to the 21st Century, many Americans mistakenly believed large scale corruption existed only in third-world countries or banana-republics. The average citizen couldn’t imagine a corrupt government or law enforcement agency would be able to flourish in the U.S.A. Deliberate and calculated lies released by many career politicians, and their behind the scenes cronies, aided by a very bias nationwide news media, was used to funnel several false narratives to the public, in an attempt to shift focus away from the real truth. Although the perpetrators did their best to deceive the citizens of the country, they couldn't hide their corrupt activities forever.

Unfortunately by mid-2018, it had become abundantly clear various factions of law enforcement operated under a Double-Standard justice system. Officials would aggressively charge, incarcerate, prosecute and sentence common individuals under the rule of law. However others, usually those with political connections or those connected to law enforcement agencies, received a Free-Pass for any crimes they may commit. This atrocious form of deep level corruption must be exposed and abolished to avoid further division within the country and the chaos it creates.

Under the American rule of law, all citizens are to be treated equally within the entire justice system. This includes equal treatment of everyone police come in contact with, regardless of the citizen’s ethnic background, religion or economic status. There is no room for any special treatment under a fair and equal justice system. The U.S. legal system does not have two different sets of standards, one for the elite and another for everyone else! However, it appears many members of the law enforcement community have forgotten, or deliberately choose to ignore those important constitutional facts.

It is critically important at this juncture for you the reader to understand, and keep in mind while reading this fact based book, just what the words corruption and propaganda really mean. All too often those involved in these practices attempt to distort or twist the definitions in a feeble attempt to cover their tracks or to justify their often illegal actions.

It's also imperative you realize corrupt activities, especially within law enforcement agencies, do not only occur at the national level. It can, and does, slither and slink it's way into state and local agencies as well. Exactly what is corruption? The definition is:

Corruption: Dishonest or illegal behavior especially by powerful people such as government officials or police officers.

Keep in mind, there are also sub-categories for various levels of corruption, and the type of corrupt actives within the system. All forms however are illegal based on current U.S. law. Although we will share some examples of suspected, but yet un-prosecuted corrupt activities at the federal level, the primary focus of this book is to disclose four areas of serious corruption at the state and local police level nationwide.

In the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election, corruption in Washington DC reared its ugly head in many federal agencies. Informed people across the nation finally became aware of various forms of deep rooted corrupt activities at the national level. Even with the intense coverage by a handful of reputable news outlets, the deep-state corruption engineers still attempted to stifle the truth and twist and bury the evidence through their long-standing well established main-stream media propaganda machine.

What do we mean when we use the term, media propaganda machine? And what is the most common and excepted definition of the word propaganda?

Propaganda: Information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.

The media propaganda machine is any agenda motivated rhetoric or narrative released to the public, which is presented as true fact, but is in fact false. It can be pushed by one single individual, such as a career politician, or it can be spewed by bias media outlets, such as newspapers, television news, or on a social network online.

Regardless of where a piece of propaganda originated, the source is all too often either lying or attempting to twist the facts to best suit their own agenda. Over time, most propaganda is discredited and proven false, however its initial effect always causes a distraction.

During the past ten years, several American based media outlets have activated the propaganda machine primarily to cause a distraction in an attempt to hide, or discredit, the real truth which would undoubtedly damage their own agenda. These so called journalists who constantly spew lies and bias personal opinions seem to care less about the damage their unsubstantiated rhetoric causes the American public. All they appear to care about is enhancing their own career standing and promoting a specific agenda.

Some of these same media outlets have now decided it is completely acceptable to prejudge legal cases involving political figures, and those in law enforcement, solely in an attempt to shift public sentiment away from the real truth and the known facts. We all know justice through the courts in America has always been a slow grinding process. But any attempt to undermine or predetermine the validity of any legal action, or political stance, through the media, just complicates the process and delays the final outcome even longer. In a worse case scenario, these actions may even obstruct the legal process to the point where fair justice under the law becomes imposable to achieve.

The following are a few examples of exposed corruption at the national level which were brought into public view during 2016-2018. They are included here not to judge their validity, and not to support or dispute the evidence, but only to set the tone for our discussion.

A long term high ranking member of the Democratic Party unethically, and some believe illegally, manipulated (rigged) her own political party to gain the Democrat nomination in 2016 for president, over a seemly more popular self-proclaimed Socialist candidate. Clearly this action is a form of political corruption through the use of her deeply embedded political and financial connections. And just as obvious, her motivation was to seize power over another member within her own political party. In spite of the legal implications, it is highly unlikely this particular case will ever be brought to a court.

The Uranium One deal/scandal allegedly orchestrated by a Secretary of State in the Obama administration, which ultimately allowed her to line the pockets of her family and herself to the tune of over 140 Million Dollars. The money was paid by a foreign entity (Russians) and funneled to Non-Profit Corporation loosely categorized a charity foundation by means of classic money-laundering techniques. (Russians sent money to lawyers who then funneled the funds through shell corporations to the foundation) Also implicated in this scandal was her husband, her daughter who managed the foundation, and several other high ranking government officials. This is a classic play-for-pay scheme.

For those unfamiliar with the Uranium One scandal, it was a deal secretly orchestrated to transfer (sell) up to 20% of United States owned weapons grade uranium to Russia. It is also now known, several payoffs were made by Russian agents and shell-corporations to U.S. officials during, and after, the negotiation process.

The first most obvious question all American citizens should be asking is: who in their right mind would transfer a key element used in the manufacture of bombs which destroy human lives, to a regime known to supply enemies of our country? And just so there is no misunderstanding, this whole deal was arranged and finalized under the watchful eye of the Obama administration. Plus, most of the ranking government officials involved were members of the Democratic Party! Yeah that's correct, the same party who claims to care for all people of the world and have taken a strong stance to protect our planet, via their global warming support for example.

One final question regarding the Uranium One scandal needs to be asked. Since it has been proven over 140 Million Dollars was paid to one entity involved, how much did the other eight officials who signed the agreement receive? To date, that question remains a complete mystery.

In classic snatch & grab schemes, various high ranking government officials use their power and connections to crush the value of certain stocks in the U.S.A., such as coal industry stock, and then purchase said stock at a much lower price by proxy to reward themselves and/or benefit various family members and friends. This scheme by the way, is one of the primary methods federal elected officials earning a set salary during their term in office, manage to amass huge amounts of money under the table and ultimately become multi-millionaires. Although the action and methods used are not necessarily illegal at this time, there is no doubt the whole practice is very unethical and one additional form of corruption within the federal government system.

During the final years of former-President Obama’s time in office, Hillary Clinton came under investigation for removing classified information from government servers, while she was Secretary of State in the Obama administration, and placing those files on her own private email server. The investigation turned up evidence she did in fact break several laws. The evidence discovered indicated she had illegally stored, handled and transferred/distributed classified material/documents.

A short time later, after she had become the Democratic Party’s nominee in the 2016 presidential campaign, an agreement was allegedly made with high ranking Department of Justice and FBI officials to not charge or prosecute her for the numerous alleged federal crimes she had committed.

Obviously the DOJ and FBI faced a serious dilemma in the summer just before the election of 2016. Had they charged her based on the evidence to the full extent of the law, the Democratic Party would have instantly lost their only viable candidate for the upcoming election which was only weeks away. This in effect would almost certainly guarantee the opposing party the win in November.

Their second option was to charge her with some of the lesser crimes, but assuming all polls were correct and she would win the election, then they would be faced with the distasteful and difficult task of prosecuting a sitting President for crimes committed prior to taking office. In addition, it most likely would have tainted her presidency and could have easily carried over to damage the Democratic Party’s credibility in future elections.

The option officials chose was to publicly exonerate her of all crimes just before the election and attempt to bury the evidence. Obviously the DOJ and FBI mistakenly assumed she would soon be President so no one would investigate further into the many criminal accusations. The shocking surprise victory by the opposing party destroyed their perceived security blanket and slung the door wide open so the whole stinking mess could be exposed by certain diligent reporters who ultimately released the details to the American public. What the FBI and DOJ did is a strong example of a double-standard justice system and very deep far reaching political corruption.

Unfortunately to date, none of the perpetrators believed to be involved in the corrupt schemes mentioned so far have been brought to justice. There have been no indictments, no charges filed and no arrests. So far, other than a few terminated individuals and changes in duty status at the FBI, nothing has been done except denials and attempts to shift the focus by a very bias news media. Remember the media propaganda machine? They kicked it in full bore 24/7 beginning in October 2016 clearly to distract the voters and to hide the real truth leading up to an election where they perceived (desired) a across the board Democratic Party victory.

On the night of November 8, 2016, the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, Hilary Clinton, lost the election. Her huge loss was unpredicted by virtually every political poll leading up to the election, which further proves the unscrupulous methods of collecting data the media uses. In fact, while voters were still casting their ballets on Election Day, one media poll claimed Hilary Clinton had a 92% chance of winning!

But the devastating loss for the Democratic Party was not just limited to the presidency. No, they lost several seats in the Congress and Senate too, in addition to several gubernatorial races. A multitude of local state and county Democrats across the country lost as well.

Obviously the next morning, there was a whole lot of celebrating on the Republican side, since their candidate Donald J. Trump had won, and Republicans had taken control of the House and Senate. The Democrats were in a state of shock. Ever since, there has been a great amount of speculation as to the reason for the massive shellacking, and a multitude of lame feeble excuses have been given.

It is now clear in days leading up to the election journalists had totally lied to the American voters. The so-called polls were nothing more than political propaganda designed to persuade supporters to vote Democrat and get the opposition to stay home. There was absolutely no true fact in those numbers whatsoever! It is also notable to mention, certain very opinioned bias news networks who clearly supported the Democratic Party's candidates leading up to the 2016 election, actually went way too far with their false and misleading rhetoric. Obviously the majority of the voters weren't as stupid as the media had assumed and they voted accordingly.

In retrospect though, it is highly unlikely that the media bears the brunt of the blame for the widespread Democratic Party loses in 2016. A much more credible reason appears to be because of the previous eight year failed tenure of President Obama. Many voters believed Hilary Clinton was just an extension of the Obama regime and intended, if elected, to continue and enhance many of his policies. Economically and
