About this ebook

At 20 years old, Archibald Plumby has learned to accept his odd phobia of not being able to look up into open spaces without having a panic attack. He enjoys life under his umbrellas, where he feels safe. He knows he's a little spoiled to be living in the midst of the scenic beaches, fine restaurants, and charming attractions found in the town of Outlandish. But when Tallie, a photographer, comes to town and introduces herself to Archie, their connection is undeniable, and fears for the future begin to surface. When Archie and Tallie find themselves on diverging paths, only their faith can help them cope with separation, miscommunication, and unspoken anxieties that could keep them apart forever.

This is an unusual story about a young man with an unusual condition... However, it is remarkable how he and his parents have learned to cope with it. If only more individuals and families would follow this example, the world would be a much better place.Outlandish is an unusual small California town. This fantasy town is a very desirable environment to live in.Read the pages and discover for yourself why others would want to live there and why Archie, although strange, has someone who would want more than friendship with him.this novel is not only different and entertaining, it suggests an approach to life which is ideal. It, also, contains some inspiring messages. There are attractive illustrations by the author's daughter and a sound tract composed by the authors son. I did not hear the sound tract, but only a sample, which was professionally and beautifully done. I recommend this book for youth as well as adults. The characters are well-defined, enabling the reader to fells connected to them. The scenes are portrayed verbally, in addition to the occasional illustration. The cover fit well, but the title would have been better if the "of"had been more defined. It was not a title or cover a "browser" such as i, would have been enticed by. That is a shame, because the message is profound and the book enjoyable.rate it with Four Stars. This was gifted to me with no suggestion I post a positive review. This is my honest review.
