Coeditor Josh Pachter splits his time between the US (Herndon, VA) and the Netherlands and has published over seventy short crime stories in Ellery Queen’s Mystery Magazine, Alfred Hitchcock’s Mystery Magazine, and other magazines and anthologies.

Pachter is the assistant dean for Communication Studies and Theater at Northern Virigina Community College.

Several of the contributors are very well-known Dutch crime writers who have won several prestigious awards in the Netherlands.
