The birth of Atégina

About this ebook
From the interaction between characters was born the creation of the moment, day by day, simulated on a rehearsed stage where each one knows by heart their lines because they are their own feelings that reveal themselves in an illusory fiction. Chimera, utopia, the simple magic of words, is still a philosophy, it is still magic, when everything seems to culminate in an act of poetic existence that burns in the fingers and triggers telluric movements in the bodies of the actors.
This play is not theater, it is not representation, it is mere fiction embodied by those who wear it, man and goddess, beings of other dimensions portrayed in a history of illusions.

preface:
––––––––
From the interaction between characters was born the creation of the moment, day by day, simulated on a rehearsed stage where each one knows by heart their speeches because they are their own feelings that reveal themselves in an illusory fiction. Chimera, utopia, the simple magic of words, is still a philosophy, it is still magic, when everything seems to culminate in an act of poetic existence that burns in the fingers and triggers telluric movements in the bodies of the actors.
This play is not theater, it is not representation, it is mere fiction embodied by those who wear it, man and goddess, beings of other dimensions portrayed in a story of illusions.
The characters
Amigin, son of Míl, a great Irish poetry, that supposedly lived on 6th century, in season o Thuatha Dé Danann, who in the season controlled Ireland and that made a magic storm to prevent the Milesians to port in the island. Amairgin’s magic words calmed down the storm allowing your people dock in the island. He became the first of his race to tread on Irish soil. (MONAGHAM, Patricia. The Encyclopaedia of Celtic Mythology and Folklore
. 2014, page 16)
Atégina or Ataedina is the goddess of rebirth (Spring), fertility, nature and healing in Lusitanian Mythology. They saw her as the Lusitanian goddess of moon. The name Ataegina is original from Celta: Ate + Gena, that means rebirth
. Ataecina, Ataegina or Dea Sancta are the most common names of this divinity.
The animal consecrated to Atégina is the goat. She has a cult of devotion, in which someone invoked the goddess to cure someone, or even to curse, which could be little plagues until the death. She is also related to the salt production, in places like Alcacér do Sal and in Esposende.
Atégina was venerated in Lusitania and in Bética. There were sanctuaries dedicated to this goddess in Elvas (Portugal) and Merida and Cáceres in Spanish Estremadura, besides other places, specially near Guadiana River. She is too one of the main venerated goddess in places like Myrtilis (Mértolados nowadays), pax Julia (Beja), bouth in Portugal cities, and specially venerated in Turobriga city, which location in unknown. The region was know as Celtic Baeturia. In Saint Lourenço Mount (Castro de S. Lourenço, Esposende - Braga) was found an ada [?] dedicated to Dea Sancta, and it is, at first, related to the salt cult, as other subscription found in Cáceres (Spain)

Framework
The two characters that I choose to impersonate this dialogue have bouth a Celtic ancestry. However, due to the Celtic presence in Iberian Peninsula, this tale, where in some way Amairin creates, through poetic prose, the Atégina Goddess, is a romance fiction showed in dialogue form.
Here the characters interact with words and mutually stimulating to the creation of a lovely moment that will culminate with poetic and sentimental sharing, without touching or actually existing.
This fiction dialogue wants to show the word’s strong when they are drive and get with intensity. Above I showed Amairgin and Atégina as the Story relates them, because I always search that the characters of my books come from the reality, from mythologies or from the popular believes, in order to become real to the lectors’ eyes. However, we are all them, we can all dress them, feel them, be them, just predispose us to read with the intensity with which the writer wrote them.
For there to be dialogue, as we know, it is necessary that there be more than a subject, and in this dialogue, the creator and the goddess talk, provoke and elevate themselves to their humanity to feel the pleasures of divine and lust on their skin, using prose like fingers, mouths, and other organs of the body to dress phrases and literally undress the bodies of prejudice, generating and giving love in the form of letters, such as daring that only the poetry can provide.
As Botticelli made Venus birth in the sea, in a shell blown by Zéfiro, this text intends to make Atégina birth from a Druida’s magic , blown by letters and sense of who wrote the story
The Set
––––––––
This common place, where we are what we desire, where the set changes only of imagination, is the place of meetings, is the place of peace and feelings, where all senses are accurate and all feelings are allowed, no judgement.
Today is a mist morning, through the forest trees, here are you and me,
