Sheikh Zufar's fiancee escapes with his half-brother from book one and needs a fiancee right away. Twenty-four-year old Neisha witnessed the fiancee escaping so she becomes the perfect convenient bride for the Sheikh.

Despite this book being called Sheikh's Pregnant Cinderella, Neisha isn't pregnant when the story begins nor is she for the majority of the book. This story focuses on her transforming from a chambermaid into a queen, falling in love with Zufar, and discovering her past.

I really loved the majority of this book, especially the chemistry between the two leads. Neisha was sweet and Zufar demanding and closed off but not too cruel. These two were drawn together by a mystical pull that sent sparks flying off the page. Niesha blushed a lot. I mean a lot, but it didn't bother or annoyed me. Zufar wasn't too much of a possessive and alpha man rather he was stand offish towards Neisha because of his past, but he never did anything too cruel to her that needed groveling.

I really loved reading about Neisha and Zufar together. I wish there was more of them. The big twist towards the end I felt took away from their romance especially for such a short read. The twist was a bit too much for me even in a Harlequin Presents novel.  I believe it was added to help further the connecting plot I believe between this series.

But as he thrust into his new wife, Zufar thought of all the ways he could mould her to his liking. How he could teach her to take pleasure in her own body, even as he planted his seed in her womb. They were archaic, primitive thoughts that should have shamed him, but only intensified his pleasure as he let the sounds of her pleasure fill him up. She was his in every way.
