INTRODUCTION
This book addresses aspects of the purpose of life and of the worth of individuals with a fun and unique approach. It also addresses the importance of loving those who may seem different, choosing to be a friend instead of a bully, choosing to stand firm for what you believe, and the magic of helping others along the way.
Many years ago, in a small town, lived a boy named Neb Narble. He lived with his mom and dad, his grandpa, and his big brother, Marble. Summer was almost over and that meant school was about to start again. Usually during the school year, his family would wake up in the morning, eat breakfast together, and help Marble get ready for school.
When his mom and dad would leave for work, Neb would pull a chair over to the window and stand on it to look out and wave goodbye. Then he and his grandpa would watch the school bus pick up his older brother and carry him away to school. But, this year was different because Neb was finally old enough to go to school too.
