Inner Peace, Like Water, Seeks its Own Level

image2IMG0340.JPGINTRODUCTION
Are you at peace? Do you stay calm and relaxed in stressful situations? Are you really at peace? We need to ask ourselves these questions while we let the answers lead us to a better understanding of what life means. Most people are concerned, but not enough to spend a moment actively evaluating whether they are at peace; but some feel the need to be at peace, to turn away from all the turmoil, have ample time to relax, and have a sense of calm in their lives.
Calm is the Water explores the idea that we all deserve to be calm, stress free, happy, and at peace—at least inside, within our hearts and minds, if not outside of ourselves. Many times, we cannot control the noise outside because of the many environmental stressors or taxing relationships, but we can control our own inner self. Calm is the Water recognizes that many people desire inner peace while also appearing to be internally conflicted with pain, venting and displacing anger on others.
Calm is the Water takes us on a journey to learn that we are in control of our inner ships and we can control and dictate how we act and react to any situation. Calm is the Water helps us to identify indicators that, once recognized, can initiate change in ourselves to include the crucial need for relaxation, calmness, and peaceful time devoted to ourselves, if we so choose. Calm is the Water provides insights and tools to begin turning down the noise and enhancing the quiet and calm that eludes us if we are not aware. Calm is the Water asks us to question whether we are calm, relaxed, and peaceful, and, if not, guides us to change and become exactly that, if we are ready. Calm is the Water assists us in identifying the noise and how to tone it down so it does not affect our health, or us, which is the main priority. Calm is the Water achieves this by increasing your awareness and identifying useful tools and/or insights to gently push you to the goal of inner peace. This should not be a painful experience but a process of eliminating obstacles—real or imagined— to identify a way to achieve true inner peace. We ask, If I have problems, can I still achieve inner peace?
In addition, we ask, If my relationships with loved ones and others are causing me undo stress, can I still cultivate inner peace?
If you are aware and realize the responsibility for your own peacefulness, Calm is the Water will assist you in achieving calmness and inner peace. It is all up to you. Dive in; the water is warm and calm. Be at peace
