About this ebook

This book is for the reader who takes interest in an age-old issue that remains contemporary with every succeeding generation. When, how, and why we are here are questions that have caused countless generations of thinkers and laymen alike to intuitively seek at the very least the semblance of an answer to questions that have become more of an outlook than a science, and in turn spring up among the problems of modern life as opposed to allowing for a resolution to that which was intended to clarify instead of further complicate.
Free from the shackles and bias imposed by the various schools of religious, scientific and philosophical thought, the examinations offered herein are rooted in systematic analyses of the scientific, philosophical, ethical, social and finally the religious; which in turn allows for the explanation and justification of concepts that enable the reader to adopt a perspective relevant to the distinctions of absolute truth and relativistic assumptions.
Our age is accurately referred to as the age of advancement and technology and for good reason. The rapid pace of progression over the last century in the life sciences has contributed to a broadened understanding of knowledge itself and its relation to the psychological and sociological aspects of our existence. As a result of the significant expansion of the sciences, the desire for an understanding of “self” and simply of “why” has in many ways been diluted, thus negating the never ending questions that once tugged at man's conscious in the middle of the night for thousands of years. Today's amazing achievements have laid the foundation for a whole series of newer problems and questions that threaten mankind as never before. The medical and biological sciences have enabled us to have a life expectancy beyond that of prior generations, however coupled with that are the problems of population explosion, which in the not too distant future will give rise to serious concerns. We have the ability to harness the power of the atom, yet along with it comes the ability to destroy all that we hold sacred.
Taking into consideration the advanced age we live in, how does one account for the remarkable complexity extant throughout the known universe? Is one to assume that our consciousness coupled with our overwhelming sense of purpose can be attributed solely to “random chance” alone? The law of causation deals with the need for a preceding event leading to the outcome, and despite the fact that this scientific age has left its handprint on every facet of life today, it has failed to satisfy the innate question of simply,………….................................. why?

    Chapter 1

    ‘SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE THAT

    DEMANDS A VERDICT’

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" Hebrews 11:1.

Is there a God? A Supreme Being, a Creator of the universe? Or did we just simply evolve by chance? How did we all get here? More importantly why are we here? And most importantly where are we going? Albert Einstein, one of the greatest minds of the 20th century, Theoretical Physicist, Philosopher and Author, widely regarded as one of the most influential and best-known scientists and intellectuals of all time. He is best known for his General Theory of Relativity E=Mc2. Albert Einstein was intrigued by the question of human origins and the existence of the universe. He recognized the evidence for intelligence behind the functioning of the cosmos and the existence of life. After years of study into the structured order, complexity, and origin of the universe he acknowledged that the harmony of natural law as he saw in the laws of physics reveals an intelligence of such superiority that compared with it, all the systematic thinking and acting of human beings is an utterly insignificant reflection. He further stated, We are in the position of a little child entering a huge library filled with books in many different languages. Thus, the child instinctively knows that someone must have written those books. He thus rightly concluded, Everyone who is seriously interested in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the universe—a spirit vastly superior—to that of man, and one in the face of which we with our modest powers must feel humble. (¹) After looking at all the observable evidence Albert Einstein, an agnostic, concluded that there must be a higher intelligence way beyond the scope of mankind! Sir Isaac Newton, Physicist, Mathematician, and Astronomer who is widely recognized as one of the most influential scientists of all time, who was also the first scientist to ever be knighted. He has stated All variety of created objects which represent order and life in the universe could happen only by the willful reasoning of its original Creator, whom I call the Lord God.

If one chooses not to believe in a Creator then that person has many serious questions to ponder. For example the billions of stars just in our own galaxy, how did they get there and where do they get all their inherent awesome power to generate their glory as they do? Where did the energy come from to organize matter through space? Where does the energy come from that keeps the planets turning and keeps the stars burning? Where do the physical laws come from that govern the stars, our world, and all the planets? For laws require a Law-giver. How did those laws come about and what sustains and enforces them? What force gives order to stellar movement in space? Scientists call it angular momentum. However, one must ask what is the controlling power that propels them through space with just the required velocity, direction, and rotation so that there is apparent order in their movements year after year, millennium after millennium? What is the source of this governing power and what are its origins? Sir Isaac Newton is quoted as saying, Gravity explains the motions of the planets, but it cannot explain who set the planets in motion. If one is to assume that there is no Creator who made and sustains the universe then nothing is by design and everything is by accident.

If there is no designer then all that’s left to ponder is chaotic, unsupervised, unguided, impersonal, accidental, happenstance, non-directed, random, chance, mindless, unpredictable, purposeless natural processes.

For random and impersonal chance does not create order, complexity and design. Yet should one believe that all known existence happened purely by chance? Should intelligent educated people really believe that once upon a time in a land far away there was nothing and nothing happened to nothing. Then, suddenly for no apparent reason-whatsoever, out of nowhere, this life-less nothing somehow magically exploded (so-called Big Bang) and thereby supposedly created everything? Then, out of nowhere this bunch of everything that literally came from nothing somehow magically rearranged itself for no apparent reason into self- replicating complex things? Now does this really sound like good science or just good science fiction? Should anyone really believe that just by pure random chance millions of species of insects, marine life, animal life, and human life just happened to spring up into existence from non-life?

Yet random chance does not and cannot generate information.

Evolutionists tell us that a Big Bang supposedly brought all of matter and energy into being in our material universe.

Materialism states that all that exists is mass and energy. Yet where did the information come from that is in us and all around us? Life requires information. Yet information is non-material. Information requires intelligence for information is the result of intelligence. Meaning cannot spontaneously arise since meaning presupposes intelligence preposterous. For no and understanding. To argue that this came purely by chance is scientifically information can exist without an initial mental source. See the book Information: The Key to Life by Dr. Werner Gitt

So then who is the genius behind the genetic code?

There are only two world views of origins just as there are only two eternal destinies in life. Darwinian evolution and the biblical account of creation are completely incompatible and diametrically opposed theories. Yet both creation and evolution are outside the domain of observational science and thus neither is provable. So, then which of these two theories has the preponderance of scientific evidence behind it? The evolutionary atheist’s prophet Charlie Darwin is quoted as saying, A fair result can be obtained only by fully stating and balancing the facts and arguments on both sides of each question. Thomas Jefferson is quoted as saying, If a book be false in its facts, disprove them; if false in its reasoning, refute it. But for God’s sake, let us freely hear both sides if we choose. As Joe Friday used to say the facts ma’am . . . just the facts.

Evolutionary atheists tell us that they don’t believe in a God whom they cannot see. Yet have they ever seen the wind? No, just the effects thereof. Have they ever seen a thought? No, just the expression of an idea. For the mind is not the brain; it’s part of man’s non-physical makeup. The mind, will, and emotion are all invisible, yet eternal. Have they ever seen gravity? No, just the effects thereof. Have they ever seen an odor? No, but conclusive evidence proves it’s there. Have they ever seen time? No, though you can affirm that time passes. Science cannot directly deal with the past. There are things in the universe that cannot be proven by science such as mathematics, logic, the metaphysical, the scientific method, ethical beliefs, and aesthetic judgments. You can’t even prove that love exists scientifically but we know it surely does. Science by its very nature is also never capable of proving the non-existence of anything. Saying for example that God doesn’t exist cannot be proven scientifically. Science does not prove things; it can only make up theories that help explain its empirical observations. As Philosopher and Professor Dr. William Lane Craig has correctly stated There are things that cannot be proven by science but are yet still rational to believe.

    (See the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQL2YDY LiM)

Think about it: Has anyone on the earth ever actually seen evolution? There has been no visible evolutionary process that has taken place on the earth ever. Neither has anyone ever observed one animal turning into another as monkey-to-man evolution teaches. Nor have we ever observed stars being created from gas clouds as stellar evolution teaches. Also, contrary to what evolutionary atheists claim bacterial resistance to antibiotics is not evolution, it is adaptation. For the bacteria are still only bacteria. It didn’t evolve legs and run away nor has it evolved wings and flown away. At the end of the day it’s still only bacteria. The resistant bacterial strain has the enzyme Cfr instead of RlmN found in normal bacteria.

Yet even evolutionary biochemists admit that the essential Cfr enzyme in resistant bacteria looks very much like it was produced by some kind of designed adaptability.

Incidentally we don’t need to have the ability to enjoy the taste of food in evolutionary theory, yet we do. We don’t need to enjoy lovemaking with our marital spouse in evolutionary theory, yet we do. We don’t need to have amusement through the expression of laughter in evolutionary theory, yet we do. We don’t need to feel good inside when we help someone in evolutionary theory, yet we do. We also don’t need to have an automatic trigger button to alert us of having to relieve ourselves to the restroom in evolutionary theory, yet we do. Even the arch atheist Richard Dawkins freely admitted this when he stated, Much as we might wish to believe otherwise, the concept of universal love and the welfare of the species are concepts that simply do not make any evolutionary sense.’’ The mere existence of doctors, hospitals, charitable organizations, and even a police force goes against and is contrary to raw evolutionary forces. So how do evolutionary scientists explain all these fringe benefits which are actually not needed" in a survival of the fittest framework by way of natural selection? It seems rather that our benevolent Creator gave us these sensory and pleasure perceptions so that we could have dignity, fulfillment, and enjoyment in our lives.

Also, how is it that we never forget to breathe? We have a built-in automated system that keeps us automatically breathing throughout our lives. How is it that our stomach automatically sends signals to our brain to eat something when our bodies need fuel? How is it that whenever we close, then re-open our eyes, our eyes adjust automatically to their surroundings and focus properly in absolute clarity? Engineers design such automated systems in our world but who designed these complex mechanistic systems in the human body? Incidentally if evolution is true then why didn’t natural selection isolate and do away with the supposed gay gene that doesn’t reproduce?

‘Design Speaks of a Designer’ —Letting the science speak for itself.

Consider for a moment the following information along with the author’s input from a list of questions that appears in a Good News Publishers pamphlet called Is There a God?

Did land just happen to have topsoil without which nothing could grow? The air we breathe—which is 78 percent nitrogen, 21 percent oxygen and 1 percent carbon dioxide, about 50 miles deep and exactly the right composition to support life—is that just another accident in the laws of chemistry? Take the deposits of coal, zinc, gold, and uranium. Did they also get there by accident? What prevents lakes from freezing solid all the way down to the bottom making it impossible for fish to survive? What keeps the fire constantly burning in our sun? Why does the earth spin at a given speed so that we have both day and night? What tilts the earth so that we get our seasons?

So how did humanity evolve emotions such as love, mercy, compassion, justice, charity, caring, altruism, morality, ethics, reverence, worship and the ability to logically use reasoning from life-less chemicals, i.e. non-living dead matter?

Where did males and females come from? Male organs could not have just supposedly evolved separately until they became fully functional neither could female organs just have supposedly evolved separately until they also became fully functional.

Thus, both males and females would have to have somehow just coincidentally popped up totally functional in the exact same generation, complete with the correct organs that fit each other properly and were capable of reproduction. Consider for example that if even a single generation did not have both males and females that fit together properly and worked together well, the whole human species would have completely died out.

The caring attention to exact detail and specific design is so evident in the cosmos, species and ecosystems of the natural world. The natural world contains incredible evidence of design, order and complexity. Every system is regulated by laws which can be described verbally or through mathematical relationships. All departments of nature are based on a system of mathematics—great mathematical laws govern the activities of the entire universe. Thus mathematical laws are at work in all departments of nature. The planets of the heavens are governed according to definite mathematical laws. Yet common sense tells us laws require a Law-giver!

Evolutionary THEORY cannot explain the presence of such design and complexity in the universe for randomness and impersonal chance cannot create complexity and design.

    ‘Proteins & Amino Acids’

The word protein is derived from the Greek language and means of primary importance. Our hair, nails, skin, blood, enzymes and hormones are protein.

Our bodies contain tens of thousands of proteins.

Each one has a unique chemical composition necessary for its own function. Proteins are polymers whose chemical composition depends on the arrangement of many smaller subunits known as amino acids. There are roughly two thousand types of amino acids while there are only twenty different kinds of amino acids that are used to construct the proteins of all living things including mankind. These amino acids are linked together end-to-end (like a string of beads) to form a single protein macromolecule. The average protein consists of a string of five hundred amino acids. Amino acids come in two shapes. The two shapes are right handed amino acids and left handed amino acids. All of the trillions of amino acids in your body are left handed amino acids. Handedness is an important concept because all amino acids that make up proteins in living things are one hundred percent left-handed. Right-handed amino acids are never found in proteins. Only left handed amino acids bond together and provide life! Right handed amino acids cause proteins to fold the wrong way thereby making the protein useless for life. If a protein were assembled with just one right-handed amino acid the protein’s function would be totally lost. A typical amino acid is made up of twenty atoms. The amino acid has to first have all the right atoms then the atoms have to be arranged in the right order. Finally, they must all be left handed amino acids to have life.

Each protein in our human body must contain a specific sequence of amino acids if they are to function properly. Changing even one amino acid in a protein can alter its function dramatically. It is the task of the genetic system found in our cells to organize the assembly of the amino acids into precisely the right sequence for each individual protein. Consider the fact that just one living cell contains over thirty thousand proteins of one hundred different configurations.

If amino acids are in a no oxygen atmosphere as evolution requires then there is no ozone. Yet without the presence of the ozone amino acids become fried by ultraviolet rays from the sun. Consequently if there is oxygen in the atmosphere than amino acids are pulled- apart. If the earth, early in its alleged evolution had oxygen in its atmosphere, the chemicals needed for life would have been quickly removed by oxidation. Oxygen is like a corrosive it does not allow amino acids to bond. Yet if there had been no oxygen, then there would have been no ozone, and without ozone, all life would be quickly destroyed by the sun’s ultraviolet radiation. The assumed primeval atmosphere therefore can contain no oxygen, for oxygen eats up amino acids. Oxygen is a poisonous gas that oxidizes organic and inorganic materials on a planetary surface; it is quite lethal. Yet without oxygen there could be no ozone layer high in the atmosphere. Take away the oxygen and you take away the ozone layer and ultra violet rays from the sun fry everything.

Thus oxygen present—amino acids are destroyed by oxidation and oxygen absent—amino acids are destroyed by ultraviolet light from the sun.

Earth’s oldest rocks contain evidence of being formed in an oxygen atmosphere. So how do evolutionary scientists deal with the evidence from geology indicating that the earth’s atmosphere has always contained oxygen? (For more on this topic see the book Oxygen in the Atmosphere: An Evaluation of the Geological Evidence) Thus there is also no scientific proof that the earth had a non-oxygen atmosphere such as evolutionists require. As it turns out the existence of a reducing atmosphere is merely an assumption which is not supported by the physical evidence. The evidence points to the fact that the earth has always had oxygen in the atmosphere.

If amino acids are in water such as in the supposed primordial, prebiotic soup (pond scum) as evolutionists tell us then they are decomposed through the process of hydrolysis. The problem with life starting in the oceans is that as organic molecules formed the water would have immediately destroyed them through a process called hydrolysis. Water in fact tends to break apart the complex biomolecules necessary for life through spontaneous chemical reactions known as hydrolysis.

Hydrolysis means water splitting and is the addition of a water molecule between two bonded molecules (two amino acids in this case) which causes them to split apart. In an aqueous (watery)

environment hydrolysis is more likely to occur. How in the world can evolutionary scientists claim that life started in the oceans when as you can clearly see the process of hydrolysis would never allow that to occur? Hydrolysis breaks down chains of amino acids and nucleotides faster than they can form. Nucleotides are more prone to separating rather than joining together especially in water. Proteins have been called informational macromolecules because their amino acid sequence spells out information in much the same way as do the letters in our alphabet that can be arranged to form a sentence or paragraph. Life requires information. Yet where did the information come from that is in us and all around us? As earlier stated information requires intelligence and intelligence presupposes meaning.

The improbability of randomly assembling just one of the essential proteins of life can be appreciated by considering the probability of randomly assembling the letters of the alphabet to form even a simple English phrase. The five hundred amino acids that make up an average-sized protein can be arranged in over 1x 10 to the 600th power different ways. That’s the number one followed by six hundred zeros. This number is vastly larger than the total number of atomic particles that could be packed into the known universe.

Imagine we had a computer that could rearrange the five hundred amino acids of a particular protein at the rate of a billion combinations per second. We would stand essentially no chance of hitting the correct combination during the fourteen to twenty billion years evolutionists claim for the age of the universe. (Yet, however the journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society just published an article stating that they now have a newly revised model that actually shows the universe as being 26.7 billion years old. Notice how they keep moving the goalposts…) Even if our high- speed computer were reduced to the size of an electron and we had enough of them to fill a room measuring ten billion light years square (that is, 1x10 to the 150th power computers) they would still be exceedingly unlikely to hit the right combination.

Such a room full of computers could only rearrange about 1x10 to the 180th power combinations in three hundred billion years. In fact even if all the proteins that ever existed on the earth were all different our room full of computers would be exceedingly unlikely to chance upon the combination of any of them in a mere three hundred billion years. In essence we would have to be doing thirty- one million chemical reactions per second for over a period of a quadrillion years to come up with just one small protein which is not even close to life yet. (²) The odds that a protein molecule forms by chance are 1 in 10 to the 950th power. That’s the number 1 followed by nine hundred fifty zeros.

Truly the thought of even just one functional protein arising by chance requires blind faith that will not, or cannot grasp the mathematical numbers involved. Such thoughts are just pure fantasy, biased myths, and imagination that has nothing to do with true science. Mathematicians generally agree that, statistically, any odds beyond 1 in 10 to the 50th have a zero probability of ever happening. In practical terms that figure means zero probability.

So how do evolutionists respond to the zero likelihood of life ever arising simply by chance?

The late Sir Francis Crick, co-discoverer of DNA, has stated the following: If a particular amino acid sequence was selected by chance how rare an event would this be. The great majority of sequences can never have been synsethized at all, at any time. Dr. Klaus Dose, director at Institute for Biochemistry at J. Gutenberg University in Mainz Germany agrees, stating, More than thirty years of experimentation on the origin of life in the field of biochemical and molecular evolution have led to a better perception of the immensity of the problem of the origin of life on earth rather than its solution. He thus rightly concluded, At present all discussions on principal theories and experiments in the field end in a confession of ignorance.

Dr. Robert Gange PhD research scientist and adjunct Professor sums it up for us. He has also rightly concluded the following, The likelihood of life having occurred through a chemical accident is for all intents and purposes zero. Remember that the simplest form of life consists of nearly five hundred different protein molecules.

The simplest self-reproducing organism contains encyclopedic quantities of highly complex specific information. Mycoplasma Genitalium for example has the smallest known genome of any free-living organism containing four hundred eighty-two genes comprising of five hundred eighty thousand base pairs. The mathematical probability that just one molecule could form by chance arrangement of the proper amino acids is far less than 1 in 10 to 527 (that is, 10 to the 527th power). The magnitude of the number 10 to the 527thpower can begin to be appreciated by realizing that the entire visible universe is only about 10 to the 28th power inches in diameter. Thus the simplest organism that is theoretically capable of existing and reproducing would actually not be simple at all. Consider that in a simple bacterium such as E. coli, ribosomes are composed of some fifty different proteins and three different RNAs. Incidentally since DNA molecules cannot do their thing without protein molecules, yet however the codes for protein molecules are actually carried by the DNA molecules, how could life therefore start without both existing at once. How’s that for a mind bender?

At any given moment all of the work being done inside any cell is being done by enzymes. Enzymes have extremely interesting properties that make them little chemical-reaction, highly sophisticated, highly engineered, miniaturized machines. The purpose of an enzyme in a cell is to allow the cell to carry out chemical reactions very quickly. Enzymes are made from amino acids and they are proteins. When an enzyme is formed it is made by stringing together between one hundred and one thousand amino acids in a very specific and unique order. The late Professor Sir Fred Hoyle, the man who coined the phrase Big Bang, Astrophysicist, Cosmologist, and Mathematician has stated the following: Precious little in the way of biochemical evolution could have happened on the earth. If one counts the number of trial assemblies of amino acids that are needed to give rise to the enzymes, the probability of their discovery by random shufflings turn out to be less than 1 in 10 to the 40,000th power. That’s the number one followed by forty thousand zeros. Hoyle has correctly concluded that the origin of life by chance is an absurd idea! In his book, Evolution from Space Professor Hoyle insists that it is obvious that the complexity of life demands an intelligent designer. Hoyle, who began his scientific work as a resolved atheist, further stated: Once we see, however, that the probability of life originating at random is so utterly miniscule as to make it absurd it becomes sensible to think that the favorable properties of physics on which life depends are in every respect deliberate. It is therefore almost inevitable that our own measure of intelligence must reflect . . . higher intelligences.. . even to the limit of God . . . such a theory is so obvious that one wonders why it is not widely accepted as being axiomatic (self-evident). Hoyle then rightly concluded, . . . it is enough to bury Darwin and the whole THEORY of evolution! There was no primeval soup, neither on this planet nor any other, and if the beginnings of life were not random they must therefore have been the product of purposeful intelligence. Andrew Knoll, Professor of biology, Harvard University, has also stated, We don’t really know how life originated on this planet. Richard Dawkins echoed that statement of fact when he told New Scientist in 2009 that the most profound unsolved problem in biology is the origin of life itself.

    ‘DNA’

Consider the awesome design of the double-helix structure of our DNA molecules in our human bodies. DNA, an intelligently designed program for life that far exceeds any computer program ever known by man. DNA is at least five billion times more complex than the best technology humans have ever produced. DNA is deoxyribonucleic acid. It is the genetic code formed in a double helix strand which determines the hereditary characteristics of all human beings. DNA is often called the blue print of life because a DNA molecule contains massive and extremely intricate and complex genetic information which, like a blueprint, specifies how one living cell is put together.

More accurately, DNA is an algorithm or instruction manual for building a living, breathing and thinking human being. DNA has been very intricately engineered. It is the information in DNA that defines and distinguishes between species.

For example billions of instructions are chemically coded on this error detecting, error correcting, and self-replicating molecule. The organizational genius behind DNA is spectacularly breathtaking. Inside each and every one of us lies a message. It is inscribed in an informational chemical code. Decrypted, the message contains instructions on how to make a living, breathing, human being. The message isn’t written in ink or type, but in atoms, strung together in an elaborately arranged sequence to form DNA. Yet are we to somehow believe that nobody wrote this message and no one invented this code? The 64,000 dollar question is so how can a universe of mindless matter produce conscious, logical, moral beings with intrinsic ends, self replicating capabilities, and coded chemistry?

As earlier stated to produce DNA a cell requires more than seventy- five different proteins. Yet these same required proteins are only produced at the direction of DNA.

Yet without this cellular machinery we would have no DNA since it is responsible for synthesizing DNA and without DNA we would have no cellular machinery. There are duplicate copies of our DNA encoded in each of our sixty trillion cells. All forms of life are based on DNA. DNA is absolutely essential for life to exist but DNA can only be produced by life. Random chance is incapable of creating a single molecule let alone an entire universe. Why not you might ask? That is because chance is no thing. In other words it is not an entity. It has no being, no casual power and no force. It can affect nothing for it has no causal power within it. Therefore chance cannot create and it certainly cannot create something as highly complex as the genetic code. Chance, of itself cannot create information for information requires intelligence! As earlier stated meaning cannot spontaneously arise since meaning presupposes intelligence and understanding.

Materialism states that all that exists is mass and energy. Yet information is non-material. To argue that this came by chance is scientifically preposterous. For no information can exist without an initial mental source. Thus the very existence of the DNA chemically coded language system stalls evolution at the first hurdle.

Not only does life require a source of information but the complex machines of the chemistry of life must be in existence right from the very start. Furthermore, DNA is a very highly complex set of informational instructions. It is an extremely complex set of messages of information that is written out in a code of chemicals. Yet who wrote this code? Coding systems are not created arbitrarily but they are optimized according to criteria. Devising a code is a creative mental process. DNA is information at the height of complexity. DNA is chemically coded language information. Language involves a symbolic code, a vocabulary, and a set of grammatical rules to relay or record. There is intention, purpose, and organized meaning. Yet where did the information come from? Again, information requires intelligence for information is the result of intelligence. Matter can be a carrier of codes but non-living dead matter cannot generate something as highly complex as DNA codes. The clear implication is that information represents a category of reality totally distinct from matter and energy. All of life depends on this complex non- material language information for its detailed specification. There is clearly and most definitely apparent intelligence, design, intent, and purpose in DNA.

Each one of us has forty-six segments of DNA in almost all of our cells. Within the nucleus of each of our cells are chromosomes. The part of the DNA molecule that is active in the transmission of hereditary traits are called genes. We each receive forty-six chromosomes from our parents, twenty-three from our mother and twenty three from our father, in each cell with some twenty to twenty five thousand genes. Most genes contain coded instructions for building the thousands of different protein molecules found in living cells. The average gene contains six hundred to eighteen hundred precisely ordered code letters. A gene consists of a long chain of the DNA three-letter code words corresponding to a long chain of the twenty different amino acids to be linked together to form a particular protein molecule. The genetic code is the code by which the long DNA chain molecules carry the instructions for arranging the amino acids in the exact proper order along the long chains of protein molecules. Four different link-molecules called nucleotides make up the DNA chain. The DNA in our bodies contains the unique precise information that determines what we will look like, much of our personality and how every cell of our body is to function throughout our entire life. DNA carries chemically coded information from generation to generation providing instructions for growth, development, and functioning. If the DNA in just one of our cells were uncoiled, connected and could be somehow stretched out it would be over seven feet long. However it would be so thin that its details could not be seen even under an electron microscope. Yet, if all this very densely chemically coded information from just one human cell of one person were written down in books it would fill an entire library of well over four thousand books each containing more than one thousand pages of text. If all the DNA of one human body were placed end-to-end it would stretch forth from the earth to the moon well over five hundred thousand times. (³)

The late Nobel laureate Dr. Sir Francis Crick co-discoverer of the DNA language, in his book Life Itself insists that the probability of life’s chance origin simply defies calculation. Crick, an atheist, states the following: "What is so frustrating for our present purpose is that it seems almost impossible to give any numerical value to the probability of what seems a rather unlikely sequence of events. An honest man, armed with all the knowledge available to us now, could only state that in some sense, the origin of life appears at the moment to be . . . a miracle. However, unfortunately having thus rejected the Creator the late Francis Crick turned aside to another THEORY called Panspermia. This is the THEORY whereby aliens (Boltar perhaps?) supposedly spermed or spawned mankind on the earth from other inter-galactic worlds. Concluding that life on earth may have originated through these seeds of an alien race from outer space and that they have possibly delivered life to other habitable bodies as well. Yet where did the aliens come from and who made them… like a dog chasing its tail. (Regarding the topic of so -called aliens" which are really Fallen Angels aka unclean spirit demons masquerading as aliens. Please see the informative video by a Astrophysicist https:// discern.t v/are-aliens-and-ufos-demonic-astrophysicist-reveals- why-ufo-claims-arent-what-they-seem/) The Creator Himself has given us a written record that summarizes His creative acts. If you reject that than anything else is mere speculation, pure imagination and fantasy.

Do you recall scientists having to decode the human genome? That took years of painstaking research with supercomputers. Ever wonder why they had to decode it? That is because it was first encoded with special design by the Creator. In his book The Language of God: A Scientist Presents Evidence for Belief. Dr. Francis S. Collins, M.D., and PhD was the director of the Human Genome Project. He stated that prior to the genome project he was a graduate student in physical chemistry. He states, I was an atheist, finding no reason to postulate the existence of any truths outside of mathematics, physics and chemistry. I had always assumed that faith was based on purely emotional and irrational arguments. But then as the director of the Human Genome Project, I led a consortium of scientists to read out the 3.1 billion letters of the human genome, our own DNA instruction book. Now I see DNA, the information molecule of all living things, as God’s language, and the elegance and complexity of our own bodies and the rest of nature as a reflection of God’s plan. The cells of all living beings have a complete set of genetic instructions known as the genome. The human genome is much more complex than genomes from any other species. For example the human haploid genome consists of some three-billion nucleotide pairs of DNA. The complexity and magnification of small changes argue for a Master Design. The age of the genes in humans, in comparison to other species, is opposite to that expected if these genes were created in a simple evolutionary manner. And just as birth is encoded or programmed in the human genome, so also is our aging, and our death. So who is the Programmer that did all this programming in our genes?

Regardless of how you have been misinformed or misled about the evolutionary concept of the so-called races on the earth. There is only one race – the human race – we all bleed red blood, Acts 17:26. We are all members of the same race with different ethnicities, different languages and people groups. The human genome data and other genetic data are consistent with us having a single mother, called in the Bible Eve meaning, the mother of all living. Time magazine published an article a few years ago about a DNA sampling of a cross section of women worldwide. The test covered women of all the major ethnic classifications. The article, entitled Mother Eve, showed that the DNA characteristics of all the many women tested went back to one single woman. U.S. News and World Report has stated, We are finding that humans have very, very shallow genetic roots which go back very recently to one ancestor. That indicates that there was an origin in a specific location on the globe, and then it spread out from there. Researchers now suggest that virtually all modern men, ninety nine percent of them are closely related genetically and share genes with one male ancestor, dubbed Y chromosome, Adam.

    ‘Cells’

Consider the human anatomy. The human body or the body of any other creature cannot live without most internal organs, such as the heart, the lungs, and the liver. Remove any one of these organs and the specimen dies. This implies that the entire body was created at one point in time. The cells of living creatures are enormously complex, vast in number, rich in information, precise in structure and meaning, yet exquisitely purposeful molecular machines. Every part must be present in order for the cell to survive. All the parts have different jobs. It is certainly not illogical to state that if you remove any one part the cell cannot survive. This too, obviously implies that parts i.e. the cell membrane, the nucleus, the ribosome had to have come into being at the same time. The cells of all living beings have a complete set of genetic instructions known as the genome. Keep in mind that the human body is made up of trillions of cells and that just one living cell contains over thirty thousand proteins of one hundred different configurations.

Joseph A. Mastropaolo holds a B.S., M.S. and PhD in Kinesiology as well as having completed a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in Human Physiology. In his book, Evolution is Biologically Impossible has calculated that the odds of that happening purely by random chance are absolutely staggering and most preposterous. According to cell biologist Bruce Alberts, president of the National Academy of Sciences,

The entire cell can be viewed as a factory that contains an elaborate network of interlocking assembly lines, each of which is composed of a set of large protein machines. The cell has been compared, not just with a super-computer, factory or city but to a thriving metropolis full of industries, buildings, and factories, each containing super- computers, all functioning together to make the metropolis function properly. The cell is enormously complex with, as stated, approximately sixty trillion cells in our human body. The cell is far more complex than any computer ever made by man’s design. The cell is made up of billions of nonliving parts yet all in the right places perfectly organized to make it functional.

Consider that even the simplest cells are bristling with such incredible high-tech machinery. On the outside their surfaces are studded with sensors, gates, pumps, and identification markers. On the inside cells are jam-packed with power plants, automated workshops, and recycling units. A single cell within the human body is more complex than the most modern supercomputer. If human genius designed Japan’s K Computer, one of the world’s top supercomputer, than who designed the human cell? Who is the genius behind the genetic code? Biochemistry Professor Michael J. Behe, author of the book, Darwin’s Black Box states that cells are simply too complex to have evolved randomly, intelligence was required to produce them. Cells arise only by division of a previously existing cell. The concept of intelligent design is an obvious logical explanation for the intricacy and complexity of the biochemical machines found in all living things.

Even arch atheist Richard Dawkins, one of the world’s leading evolutionists, in his book, The Blind Watchmaker acknowledges that the nucleus of every cell whether it be of plant, animal, or human has a database larger than a thirty volume set of an Encyclopedia Britannica, three or four times over! (For visual presentation of this see the video Unlocking the Mystery of Life—The Case for Intelligent Design.) Is it any wonder that King David, the sweet psalmist of Israel, said, . . . I will praise thee for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

Consider the fact that as your reading this right now, just one of your cells has about three to six thousand chemical factories inside of itself making chemical compounds at a rate of a million reactions per second. We can’t even build a city that can do that!

Evolutionary atheist’s false prophet Charlie Darwin stated in his book The Origin of Species stated that If it could be demonstrated that any complex organ existed which could not possibly have been formed by numerous, successive slight modifications, my THEORY of evolution would completely break down! The argument of intelligent design contends that living organisms appear designed because they are designed, exhibiting features that natural processes cannot mimic. Scientific advances especially in the areas of biochemistry and molecular biology have strengthened that impression. The esteemed Carl Sagan a world-renowned evolutionary atheist and astronomer has estimated the chance of man evolving (via macro evolution/abiogenesis) at roughly 1 in 10 to the 2 billionth power. That’s the number one followed by two billion zeros. Molecular biologist PhD Doug Axe puts the first cell’s survival odds at even a greater number when he states, We’re talking about something that’s staggeringly improbable: roughly one in a trillion, trillion, trillion, trillion, trillion, trillion. Now consider the fact that there are only about 10 to the 79thpower of electrons in the universe.

Will you play those odds with eternity? Eternity is too long to be wrong.

Dr. George Gallup, director of the Gallup Poll, has stated, I can prove God statistically. Take the human body alone the chance that all the functions of the individual would just happen is a statistical monstrosity. Life must have been created completely functional or it would be a meaningless mess. Professor Ilya Prigogine, Nobel Prize winning Chemist and Physicist has stated the following The statistical probability that organic structures and the most precisely harmonized reactions that typify living organisms would be generated by accident, is ZERO! As earlier stated mathematicians generally agree that, statistically, any odds beyond 1 in 10 to the 50th power have a zero probability of ever happening. In practical terms that figure means zero probability. The more statistically improbable a thing is, the less we can believe it happened by blind chance. Yet there are none as blind as those who refuse to see…

Incidentally natural selection only works with the genetic information available and tends only to keep a species stable. So then how does one explain the increasing complexity in the genetic code that must have occurred if evolution were true? Natural selection is readily observable but it cannot of itself create any new information since there is no upward development in the genetic complexity of an organism. Yet however the second law of thermodynamics, the law of entropy, states that systems must become more disordered over time - not the other way around.

Everything in the universe tends to disorder. This is acknowledged as winding down to thermodynamic heat death, that is, cosmos to chaos. Things are not evolving better but steadily getting worse over time. There is no such thing in science as a mutation that adds new information. Mutations only produce a loss of information in the species.

Author and scientist mechanical engineer, applied biophysicist, and PhD physicist Dr. Lee Spetner in his book, Not by Chance; Shattering the Modern Theory of Evolution, aims a death-blow at the heart of this whole Neo-Darwinian story. The crucial battleground has always been the origin of information and in this field, Spetner is uniquely qualified to comment. He holds a PhD in physics from MIT. Dr. Spetner also taught information and communication theory for years at Johns Hopkins University. In 1962 he accepted a fellowship in biophysics at that institution where he worked on solving problems in signal/noise relationships in DNA electron micrographs. He subsequently became fascinated with Evolutionary THEORY, and published many papers concerning theoretical and mathematical biology in prestigious journals such as the Journal of Theoretical Biology, Nature, and the Proceedings of the 2nd International Congress of Biophysics.

Dr. Spetner is a biophysicist and he has stated the following, New genetic information must occur to have evolution. Yet we don’t see that anywhere in nature. Not even ‘one’ mutation has ever been observed that adds a little information to the genome. Genetic mutations cause flaws in the genetic code. They don’t add new information they simply alter already existing information. In fact, genetic mutations make time the enemy of evolution rather than its friend. The more time lapses the more genetic mutations will accumulate in the gene pool. Mutations never produce any new information. Natural selection can only operate on the existing information in the gene pool. It can never create new information! They both lead to physical diversity, not increased genetic information. Natural selection is an observable phenomenon that preserves genetic viability and allows limited variation within a kind (species) nothing more than that and nothing less.

(For more information on this topic see the book, Signature in the Cell by Stephen C. Meyer).

    ‘The Eye’

Consider the human eye with such intricate design interwoven throughout its parts that even puzzled evolutionary atheist’s false prophet Charlie Darwin upon trying to explain that it somehow just evolved. Charlie acknowledged this in his book The Origin of Species chapter six when he stated the obvious, To suppose that the eye with all its inimitable contrivances . . . could have been formed by natural selections, seems, I freely confess, absurd . . . in the highest degree. The eye is the most vital sensory organ of our body. Two gelatinous orbs produce the miracle of sight. You have focusing muscles in your eyes that move an estimated one hundred thousand times a day. The human eye couldn’t possibly function for assistance in survival without the cornea, iris, pupil, macula, vitreous humor, the rods, and the cones. There are a hundred million light sensitive cells that send information to the brain through the one million fibers of the optic nerve, the brain itself and the hundred billion nerve cells joined by some two hundred forty thousand miles of nerve fibers and the hundred trillion inter connections between nerve cells in the brain.

Since the eye is obviously of no use at all except in its final complete form, how could natural selection have functioned in those initial stages of its evolution when the variations had no possible survival value? Think about it. If I told you that a recent discovery on the planet Uranus unearthed a camcorder, Ipads, Smartphones, DVR and DVD’s that had been discovered on the planet’s surface which had apparently just evolved there over time. Wouldn’t you rightly conclude that there must be aliens out there who made these highly sophisticated complex things there? Do you not realize that our human eye and human brain far exceed the intricate design and complexity of both stated mechanisms of man’s design?

The human brain consists of about a hundred billion cells forming approximately one hundred twenty trillion interconnections. The light sensitive retina of the eye contains ten million photoreceptor cells. These cells capture the light pattern formed by the lens and convert it into complex electrical signals which are then sent to a special area of the brain via nerve transmitters where they are transformed into the sensation we know as vision. In an article from Byte Magazine John Stevens compares the single processing ability of the cells in the retina with one of the most sophisticated computers ever designed by man, the Cray Computer. Stevens states the following, While today’s digital hardware is extremely impressive, it is clear that the human retina’s real-time performance goes unchallenged. Actually, to simulate ten milliseconds (one hundredth of a second) of the complete processing of even a single nerve cell from the retina would require the solution of about five hundred simultaneous nonlinear differential equations one hundred times and would take at least several minutes of processing time on a Cray supercomputer. He goes on to state, Keeping in mind that there are ten million or more such cells interacting with each other in complex ways,—it would take a minimum of a hundred years of Cray time to simulate what takes place in your eye many times every second.

The human eye has the ability to transmit to the brain one and a half million messages simultaneously. The eye has an automatic focusing system built in that adjusts the lens so as to permit us to clearly see close and distant objects. (⁴) Now consider that a supercomputer which is obviously the product of intelligent design, how much more is the human eye a product of special design and special creation? In fact the eye is an ingeniously designed, highly sophisticated biological mechanism. One marvels at the incredible intricacies of the human eye, but man’s eye is but a simple thing when compared to the high-tech eye of the eagle. If we just take the human eye, one small part of an incredibly complex creation, we will see the principle that Biochemistry Professor Michael J. Behe referred to as irreducible complexity. The eye cannot be reduced to anything less than what it is. It has thousands of co-equal functions to make it work. If we take away just one of those functions, the rest of the eye becomes worthless as an eye. How then did the eye supposedly just evolve when all functions had to be present at once to give it any worth at all?

Other such incredible biochemical machines including the rotary flagellum, used for propulsion in bacteria, and the blood clotting system in vertebrates are manifest examples of irreducible complexity. Now consider the eyes of other creatures in nature such as the eyes of Trilobites for example. Trilobites first appear in the fossil record during the early Cambrian Period (supposedly five hundred forty million years ago) and flourished throughout the lower Paleozoic Era. There are no earlier fossils to date than fossils from the Cambrian Period. There is no trace of evolutionary ancestry in lower (Pre-Cambrian) rocks.

Yet the late Harvard Professor Stephen Jay Gould, one of the best known evolutionists that ever lived freely admitted that, The eyes of early trilobites have never been exceeded for complexity or acuity by later anthropods. Other anthropods such as dragonflies and shrimp also from the Cambrian Period have some of the best optical equipment in the known world. (See the Ediacaran Experiment Natural History, February 1984, 22-23).

Cambrian shrimp eyes also have surprisingly advanced visual systems with over three thousand lenses. Consider also the eyes of the starfish. A starfish has been discovered with more than one thousand eyes, each with an identical lens that far surpasses today’s modern technology designed by modern man. Built into the starfish’s calcite skeleton are arrays of microscopic crystals that focus light ten times better and more precisely than any of the world’s microscopic systems. Yet we are told that evolutionists date this creature millions of years prior to man in the evolutionary time frame of life. Yet its many eyes are in many ways vastly superior to those possessed by humans indeed. Did you know for example that lobster eyes with their precise geometrical relationships of individual units have been copied by NASA X-ray telescopes? Does all this sound like evolution from simple to complex to you as the THEORY of evolution requires? In a word…absurd. The general assertion by atheists that these eyes are the result of evolutionary innovation is clearly false and not scientific. Thus the only logical alternative is that they were specially created. As earlier stated natural selection can only work on the genetic information already present in a species and it cannot create new information. Natural selection only preserves the viability and allows limited variation within the species, nothing more. Mutations also can only cause a loss of information and loss of functional complexity. ‘The Brain’

Our human brain has far greater capacity than any computer ever made. As earlier stated the human brain consists of over a hundred billion cells forming approximately one hundred twenty trillion interconnections. The human brain is the most complex organ in the universe. Evolutionary atheist Isaac Asimov is quoted as saying, The human brain is the most complex and orderly arrangement of matter in our universe. However how did it get so orderly through disorderly, random, chance, life-less chemical processes?

The human brain is the most remarkable command and control system in the world. Our brains set us apart from all the other species in nature. It is our master organ. The human brain is the most complex and yet least understood part of the human anatomy. The human brain is an information superhighway of nerves fanning throughout our body allowing our brain to keep tabs over every part of our human anatomy through electrical impulses and
