Samuel C. Thompson, Jr. is a professor at Penn State Law and director of its Center for the Study of Mergers and Acquisitions. He has a law degree and an MA in Business and Applied Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Taxation from the NYU School of Law. He is the author of numerous books and articles.
