For twenty-one years she has used journaling as a tool for healing, understanding, discovering and exploring freely on paper her thoughts and feelings.  So, it was very natural for her to pick up a pen when diagnosed with breast cancer. She journals as a means to surrender adversity and joy to a God who is active in her life, which enables her to find answers within as she continues to develop new behaviors that are more loving and nurturing to others and herself.
