The author swears on this holy book that he shall say, type and do in his actions the truth, only the truth and nothing but the truth. Except for this book which is a work of fiction.

This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, places, and incidents either are the product of the author’s warped imagination and experiences or are used fictitiously and any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, events, or locales is entirely coincidental… and extremely unfortunate.

I went to Harvard to study the law,

I soon gave up and picked up a crooked bent saw,

And realized the world was just like my tool…

It doesn’t rhyme but it makes sense.

    About the Author

    Prologue

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…

Click. The holographic projection went dead.

The pair of ocular-telemetric-receptacle-orbs (Read eyes, electronic eyes that could adjust themselves) which could and had automatically managed to adjust the colors, brightness, contrast, alpha, beta and gamma corrections to view the film in a holographic format than the crude and obsolete original two dimensional format it was made in, looked up to see a very ghastly face standing with the remote to shut down the projection, if it had fear circuits or even understood the concept of fear he or it, would have run out screaming. After a few adjustments to his receptacles, the ghastly face turned out to be ghastly in spite of the adjustments made.

I wanted to see R2D2 and 3CPO they were a bit primitive models for an advanced race or even for that of human imagination, said Sam.

If she had stayed back on earth with her range of cosmetics available or at least brought it along with her, she would have looked better but the voice that accompanied her face would still throw off any species bar one, to woo her and that one species would be Flartonians, one particular one, the only one. The rest of the race had died long ago.

I did something. Can you help us? said Klara in a panic-driven voice.

I am Sam… Mark three, always there to help.

Now what? asked the female as she stepped into the cockpit from one of the rooms where Sam was watching a holovie (holographic movie).

Yawn... What did you do? said Barney yawning and stretching as he came out from his cabin. He looked like he had just gotten up from sleep, which he did.

Nothing just pushed a flashing red button which said home.

Barney was suddenly wide awake That was nothing. You pushed a red button, a flashing red button. Red means danger. It was bound to have done what it did. After a pause, he asked, What did it do?

They were having this conversation on the Jettison forty thousand where Klara had innocently pushed a button purely out of curiosity. Even the ships onboard computer, which was rarely of any help didn't help here as well and didn't know where they were.

Oh, God Why did you have to do that? Barney was asking Klara and not God.

    I am Sam… Mark Three.

    Oh, God not you again.

Not God. Sam… Mark three. Extensively modified and redesigned, better than my predecessor.

Barney put his head in his hands, which was supporting which was anybody's guess.

Klara spoke softly Sam could you tell us where we are?

    Yes.

A full two minutes passed before Klara decided to speak again Well are you going to tell us?

    Yes.

Well, tell us already! Barney was getting a little impatient.

Sam looked at Klara then Barney. Sam calculated and figured that he would be dismantled if he didn’t offer a reply. He was worried that more than him taking so long to reply was that the reply itself would upset them. He told them.

We are presently near the planet Flartonia.

    What? That’s James home planet.

Both Klara and Barney looked shocked
