Tools are indispensable when it comes to ritual magick. They are the building blocks we use to create a bridge between the spiritual world and the physical one. While some of them might seem like everyday objects at first glance, within the context of ritual they take on a power and significance that mundane, household objects just don’t have.

In this chapter, I’ll be taking a look at some of the most common and important tools that a ritual witch can possess. If possible, I highly recommend purchasing these tools directly from spiritually-minded craftsmen.

For one, I think it’s important to support our fellow practitioners, but it’s also a good idea to purchase from them because the power of these tools is directly influenced by their point of origin. Mass-produced objects from a factory haven’t had the same power and intention imbued in them as those crafted in the hands of a magickal expert.  Additionally, if you’ve got an eye for craftsmanship yourself, going the DIY route might be an option as well.
