This is the second book in the series. Overall, I enjoyed the book but not as much as the first one. I felt a lot was drawn out and constantly repeated and there wasn't a lot going on after they came back to the Creek. A lot of telling not necessarily interesting interaction. I was actually expecting the stage robbers mentioned at the beginning to make their way over but they didnt. Not a bad read but not as good as the first one. 3.5*
