    Wyetta Jolie St. Charles, the little girl with the big name, that was me. It’s time to get up. Levé! Mummy shouted, as she poked her head through my bedroom door.

    Why do I have to get up so early on a Saturday morning? I whined, trying not to open my eyes and loose the weekend sleep I so enjoyed.

    Don’t be so feisty, Wyetta, Mummy snapped back.

    But I’m supposed to be feisty, I thought to myself. That is why my Pawen and my Nennenn gave me the name, Wyetta.

    They said when I was born, I was huffing and puffing and kicking my tiny little feet so fast and strong that they told my mummy, Yes, she’s a feisty little one. She looks like a lot of trouble. We must find her a name that suits her.

    Wyetta Jolie, don’t you remember what today is? my mother continued.

    Yes, today is Saturday, and I’m supposed to sleep until twelve o’clock, I mumbled.

    Okay, fine, Wyetta, my sister Martina chimed in from the kitchen. "I guess Wyetta does not want to visit the Sulphur Springs today, Mummy. You and Daddy can take me, and I will have all the fun
