About this ebook
“We are making an interesting break with conventional sociology.... In recent years sociologists, anthropologists, and other students of social behaviour have made considerable use of the network metaphor ... as a peg, as a witching wand, and as a blueprint.” –from the Preface by Charles Tilly
Grace Anderson
Grace Anderson is a researcher /author that writes based on experiences that she has had. She has struggled with bouts of depression ever since she was a child and really did not learn how to deal with it until she became an adult and decided to take a proactive approach to improving her mental health. Grace, along with the help of her doctors found out the real trigger for her depression and dealt and modified the drugs that she was prescribed to improve her condition. Using a combination of psychoanalysis, neurolinguistic programming and plenty of support from friends and family she was able to conquer her depression. Depression is an illness that is as common as your average cold. Follow Grace Anderson on her journey and find out how you too might be able to stop being depressed and start being happy.
