Alexa Segur

I’m a painter and a photographer living in the Montreal region of Quebec. I studied at Collège de l’Outaouais in visual arts for two years. Later, I received a college degree in photography from Collège de Photographie Marsan. I followed that up with three years of undergraduate studies in the visual arts at Université du Québec à Montréal. I rounded up my twenties with a degree in desktop publishing from the Rosemount Technology Centre. I painted for a few years after that while trying to find my place in the art world. In the fall of 2009, I decided to go back to school. I changed directions by switching from the visual arts to the literary arts, and enrolled in English Studies at Université de Montréal in the fall of 2010.
