The Legend of King Grýut

About this ebook
When young Moyra is left out of the grown-up New Year ceremonies in order to babysit her younger brother, she angrily wishes her family had never moved from their tiny village where she would have been included. Yet when her brother begs her to tell the seasonal tale of King Grýut, the legendary founder of the country of Lendhlay, she gives in and tells the tale to him and his new friends. What she doesn't realize is that someone else is listening, and telling this tale will change her life. Author Tannara Young weaves the origin story of one of the fourteen kingdoms of Idhua with a tale of a defining moment in the life of a girl on the cusp of adulthood.
