Enjoyable nonsense about this very young special agent. This story is particularly silly with our hero going to an underwater of aquatic half-humans (some have human tops, some have human legs). Most aspects of being underwater are ignored, which will irritate many of the nine-year-old boys at whom this is aimed. It is great fun, however.
