REX G. STANFORD, Ph.D., is a professor of psychology at St. John's University and held several positions in parapsychology departments prior to that appointment. He was vice president of the Parapsychological Association in 1970 and 1971 and president in 1973. He has published a score of articles in Journal of Parapsychology and Journal of the American Society for Psychical Research.
