Introduction
The armadillo is commonly known in the Southern parts of the United States of America, as well as in Central America. But what many people from this area, especially the United States of America, don't realize is that there are more types and appearances to the armadillo than they think.
From tiny to huge, from looking prehistoric to looking cute, to looking like something that couldn't win against a pig in a beauty contest, the armadillo comes in many types.
The armadillo is truly a unique creature of the Americas.
