Angel Song by Mary Manners is another great Christian Romance Read set during the Christmas season. After losing her job as an Art Teacher due to the economy, Quinn Sanders returns to her hometown and works as a waitress at Gus's Diner.Quinn meets Jason Graves, a patron of Gus's Diner. After work, Quinn's car won't start and Jason, a divorced man and a youth director at the local church, offers to help her. He suggests that he take her home during the snow storm, since her car is disabled and her tires are unsafe. I sure understand her discomfort because if my son had not noticed that the tires on my car were threadbare and got me new tires, I probably would have been in the same situation. Wait a minuite, maybe I would have met an older man considerate like Jason for this 70 year old woman. Not, but I can still dream! Did Quinn's bad luck turn into a blessing during this special Christmas Season?Mary Manners always blends heartache, joy, hope, and faith in an inspirational Christian romance, this time with a special little princess who is Quinn's red-headed, five-and-a-half year old daughter Linsey, what a precious angel who won my heart. Also, a favorite character of mine is Mama Cantori, Quinn's foster mom, a very wise and loveable woman who said, "God has a way of turning heartaches into blessings".Quinn and Jason work together on the Christmas Pageant for the Landers Hollow Community Church on Christmas Eve, but do they find love. Reading Angel's Song will give you the answer as Mary Manners always writes a beautiful story that I couldn't put down until I finished reading the book. She also shows the true meaning of a very sentimental Christmas, instead of all the commercialization that has evolved in this last 25 decades.
