We can only shed retrogressive culture and traditions, but we cannot just abandon them wholesale to our own determent. Who can change what we have perceived over the years, that which we have been taught as being immoral to become morally accepted? “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” Rom. 3: 10. Defilement as a cases study in immorality, present special challenges in many developing countries. In these countries, an upsurge in defilement cases is not only experienced, but many such cases are often compromised as soon as an accused persons is released on bail. This happens because the families of the accused person and the victim usually negotiate to settle the cases out of court, and often this is aggravated by the knowledge that justice systems are slow. This opens up the Pandora box concerning globalized justice against the backdrop of traditional justice systems. Globalization brings in a myriad of approaches that tribes may not find as acceptable and punitive enough. In traditional systems, victims are compensated according to traditionally set up standards where the victim’s reward center in the brain is left satisfied. In the global system, the assailant is incarcerated once found guilty and is protected at the cost of the tax payer which may include the victim.

Will Anthony Jr. is currently the Chairman of the Uasin Gishu County Land Control Board which caters for over one million people. For him, he had to learn his mother tongue then learn both English and Swahili simultaneously. He went to his pre-primary bare foot, later he joined the local primary school 5 Km away and had to trek barefoot again not because his parents could not buy him shoes but because cobblers were a rare find. That journey was a daily toil of 10 Km, 5 days in a week or ~270 days yearly for 7 years. With a smirk he says that when you achieve a PhD in Africa, then You have done Plenty of hard Digging (PhD) or you have a Permanent head Damage (PhD) and you might end up in a ditch because your IQ cannot contain the booze like the local fellas!"Why did the English colonize Africa?" To keep the African languages in Czech (check), and he says that one must forgive this pun. But besides the pun, English has broken both social and economic barriers of the once "dark continent" whose forefathers slaved the white farms and firms to lace the pockets of their Lords.A PhD holder in Africa will still practice other 'trades' though they maybe 'very' learned because poverty is shameless, one has to draw bounds through plenty of smart work or else, it will be a shame to steal so as to maintain class.He published a book in 1992, but the publisher coned him , he took her to court and the case aged in judicial corridors for 12 years. He then made a decision to abandon the matter and to forget about writing books. However, Self publishing made him to change that decision. More than anything, He salutes Smashwords Inc. for the platform.In retrospect, He recalls a Dr. Alfred Sam, a friend of his from North America who was also a dean of studies in a local university, exposing his white ass in the university's auditorium to catch attention. The noise ceased as students and lecturers turned to look at the grown-up man on the podium doing the abominable. Well, the good Dr. in anthropology then simply pulled up his trousers buckled the belt and said, "Thank You, now I have your attention..."For the sake of simplicity, without much display of academia, Will Anthony Jr. is a writer in the global village market . For this, he Salutes all his readers and all lovers of written work. In a word of caution, he says that men and women alike must bear. In reference, there is an Ibo saying that every market place has it's mad people who will attempt to mar the business of the seemingly sane people. INTRODUCTION

If we must defend every item the west proposes as the whole truth, then we must be prepared for an assured mutual destruction. Culture and tradition define who we are. We can only shed retrogressive culture and traditions, but we cannot just abandon them wholesale to our own determent. Who can change what we have perceived over the years, that which we have been taught as being immoral to become morally accepted? Two men are found pleasuring themselves in the open, and three feet away, two women are busy pleasuring themselves too. The people watching, which include men and women, are sore aggrieved, they pick stones and stone the parties to death. As they leave clicking their tongues in anger, they encounter a man and a woman pleasuring themselves on a public bench. The mob get sticks and beat the couple while telling them to do that in their house next time. The couple are left with bruises as the mob moves on in a huff. Where is justice in this? Which apparition was more grotesque? Which is, if any was worse? As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one. Rom. 3: 10

IMMORAL TO THE CORE

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Eph:6:12

We are already in the third world war, and if you are waiting for another deadlier war than what immorality is offering, then you are ignorant, you are already in the battle field. The physical war that follows will arise out of this ‘soft’ war and will determine the finality of human life. The world is being torn in the middle by the powers that be. The world is already divided into two; the-have and the have-nots, the straight and the homosexuals, the rulers and the ruled, rich nations and the poor nations, men and women, etc! At no time in history has the world become so immoral as it is today.
