Heather Cole

Heather Cole has spent most of her professional life being a Girl Friday by day and writing about her sexual adventures by night. After spending several years ghost writing, Heather decided to write about her sexual awakening as a woman over 35. In 2011 she co-founded VAGINA ANTICS, an award winning sex blog, with her best friend and partner-in-crime, Nikki Blue. Heather writes two columns for Fearless Press (one about body image/fashion and the other about religion) and has been featured in Safeword Magazine. Heather can be found weekly at VaginaAntics.com talking about sex, relationships, polyamory, BDSM lifestyles and education, and of course, vagina antics. Currently she's hard at work on her next erotic tale. Heather lives in the south with her lively 5-year-old and a enormous white cat named Catsquatch. When not writing spicy erotic adventures, she enjoys running, baking, sewing and taking photographs.

    CHAPTER ONE

The sun was high above their compound when the invitation arrived. The temperatures had climbed as the sun had, and by noon, Raya felt as if all her memories of the winter on this planet had been scorched from her synapses. It was still early in the year, and natives of Saldyna called these months spring, but the word held no connection to the actual weather as far as the ambassador’s wife was concerned.

Saldyna, a desert planet, had attracted the Empire’s notice because of the riches it contained beneath the surface. Gems were secondary in value when compared to the wealth of precious metals found beneath the shifting sands. Her husband, Armand, had leaped at the assignment, thrilled to be offered the boon of a new planet in need of trade negotiations and acres of contracts. So they had left their comfortable existence in the Capital, at the very heart of life in the galaxy, and trekked to this far corner of the universe.

Raya was ensconced in her favorite room, a front parlor that opened into a second room by sliding open a pair of elaborately carved, wooden screens. It had been a surprise to find that only a few homes were run by artificial intelligence. The sultan who ruled the dusty planet preferred to rely on domestic staff to manage his home, and as a result, screens were opened and closed using brute strength.
