- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I am not certain who this book is written for. But it is obviously not the lay-man, as the altar rights in such a way as to assume that the reader understand his terms. But that said, considering the title of the book, and its focus, I wonder about its usefulness to those knowledgeable in the subject matter, unless they refer to it for the purpose of revision. I envy the author his knowledge. unfortunately, though his book focuses exactly upon what I wished to gain knowledge of, I must seek that knowledge elsewhere.
