About this ebook
For Mukhtar Sheik Mohammed Jihad and religious beliefs are but a convenient ruse to satisfy his own lust for power and personal gain. Once an influential Al-Qaeda leader, considered a mastermind for his 911 attack plan, he was disgraced by his seizure and incarceration at Guantanamo. Now why is a Zionist helping this master terrorist? Why is a young Palestinian, the son of a Israeli woman, helping the terrorist with his plans for revenge against Israel? The Mukhtart has the ultimate weapon, but only his nephew, the Palestinian, can unleash its devastating power. A woman, torn between her love of the Palestinian man, and her duty to Israel, pursues them. She must stop them both, to save her love before it was too late, and the terrorist because she is Eilath, Mossad's Anti-Terrorism unit. The pursuit spans two continents, and reaches critical mass, when all arrived at a deep-water seaport between a nuclear power plant and a nuclear arms depot. However, the questions are, did the Palestinian man realize he was being duped? Did his love, the Mossad agent, get to him in time? And did someone realize they must fail in order to save the country they loved?
FJ Harmon
FJ Harmon was born in Detroit, Michigan struggled working his way through college and kept a jump ahead of the draft board by joining a Naval Reserve Officer Corps program. The net result was that in the summer of 1968 he graduated from college, married and went onto active duty all within the same month. He began his Naval Intelligence career in Washington, D.C., where he remained for the next thirty-six years. After his initial tour of active duty, he stayed in the reserves and pursued duel careers as a Naval Reserve Intelligence officer, and national intelligence technical analyst working for, in eventual succession, the Naval Intelligence Command, the National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency and Defense Intelligence Agency. Until 2007 his writing was confined to technical documents, position papers and contract proposals, not exactly the stuff of great fiction. His urge to write his stories remained on the “back burner” until retirement in 2007, when looking for something to do with his time he was inspired by a proposed state of North Carolina initiative for a deep-sea port between a nuclear power plant and a nuclear arms depot. It sounded like a scenario ripe for terrorist action. The next six years were devoted to research and honing his suspense thriller writing skills and his first book was born, “Revenge For What Is Sacred”. One year after that he completed a second book, “Duplicity’s Child”. He is currently writing for a local magazine in St. James, North Carolina, Cat-Tales, and working on his next books.
