Reviews for Learning Ansible

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This book could have used more editing: the authors' first languages do not seem to be English and it shows. The use of screenshots to show textual input is also very annoying if you're reading the ebook version, and it's not even consistent throughout the book. That said, if you're looking to get your feet wet with Ansible, as I was, this is not a bad way to dip your toe in the water. I probably won't come back to this book as a reference, but I did learn some useful things from it and got my first playbook up and running, doing useful work, thanks to what I learned.I would probably recommend Ansible: Up and Running by Lorin Hochstein over this book, but the price was right when I bought it and it didn't hurt to read both.
