About this ebook
Existence has a billion faces, each one of them a universe. In some worlds, the gods watch over men, and the dark that hungers is the demons that come in the night. In other worlds, the dark is that of space, and the immortal Avatars of Man travel the stars in star ships that spread Mankind throughout the galaxy.
In a few of the worlds, there are monsters behind every catastrophe.
Tom lives in one of those worlds, and he is blessed, or cursed, to be able to see the monsters. He learns that the world is not supposed to be that way, and it is a symptom of the breakdown of Reality.
Sometimes, the world drafts you to save it.
Tom realizes that he and the people he gathers in his travels are supposed to fix the world. He does not know how, and he does not know why, but the fates are conspiring to make him a reluctant hero. Anyone that knows Tom would know that was not flattering, just inconvenient and idiotic. Tom suspected that he should be siding with the monsters.
What do you do when the Monster is in the mirror?
People around Tom have a habit of turning up dead. Some of the deaths he knows he had a hand in, and most of those deserved death, at least in some psychedelic lights. Others turn up dead, and Tom has no memory of it, but he does have a suspect; Himself.
If he repairs the world, will there still be a place in it for a monster like him?

JD Lovil
JD Lovil was born in the small Town (population 795) of Lockesburg in the southwestern Arkansas, in the year of 1957. That was the year of the first canine cosmonaut. Enjoying early life as Farm Hand, Assistant or Slave, he learned just enough about hand labor, mechanics, metalwork, plumbing and electrical work to be dangerous, and far more than he ever wanted to know about many other unpleasant tasks. Enduring the slings and arrows that is childhood, he eventually entered into University life, where he dabbled in biology, Physics and Computer Science before settling on a major in Chemistry. Surviving many fine adventures over the years, and after having been rumored to be an agent for the Arcturian anti-movement movement, the Author has settled into the Phoenix Metro Area in Arizona, where he hopes to avoid life's complications.
