Fucking hell Cyndi, I’m calling Easton. It’s his turn to take care of you. I’m fucking tired of dragging your wild ass home!

Todd glares at her and calls Easton.

Cynthia sits back in the black leather armchair in the living room. She leans back and looks out into the black night at the waves. She grins amused at his frustration.

Hell, I only want to have fun!

They share the small house in Los Angeles while they go to school since they’re twins, and their parents insisted on Todd keeping track of her.

Easton is their older brother. He picks up the cell phone and slides his finger over the shiny black surface.

Yeah, Todd. What's up?

He grabs the water bottle, takes a drink of water, and places the water bottle back on the desktop. He closes his eyes nodding.

Bro, I need you to talk to Cynthia, she’s not listening to Mom. I’m tired of chasing her and dragging her ass back home. It’s your turn to talk to her, or I’m shipping her out to you. Dad is too busy with the pack.

Easton's eyes open wide, he looks out the window.

Hell, she wouldn’t listen to me, and she’s your twin! She’s too fucking spoiled and has always done what she wants. How in the hell do you want me to stop her! I’m working, and I can’t babysit her!

Todd punches the wall in frustration. He looks over at Cyndi’s huge grin.

Right, I’ll try one more time, and if it doesn’t work Easton, I’m sending her to you. She’s freaking wild!

Easton closes his eyes shaking his head.

Try one more time! He ends the call turning to look at the time.

Todd glares at her, he clenches his jaw and his jaw muscle flashes. I’m not going to tolerate any more of your fucking games. I’m trying to do my schoolwork. I do want to have a career! I love the law, and I can’t wait to practice. What’s your fucking problem?

Cynthia turns to look at her twin and raises her eyebrow. She crosses her arms, raises her chin up, and stubbornly glares at him.

The fucking problem is that I don’t want to go to school! It’s not my fault that you love school and that you graduated from high school before me, Geeze, you’re almost done with school, then what? I want to have fun! I have plenty of time to decide what I want to do! It’s not like if we don’t live forever!

She jumps up from the armchair, smiles a small evil smile, and blows him a kiss. She turns around and walks to her room.

Todd walks over to the bar and grabs some whiskey. He drinks it up in a second. Fucking hell, I’m stuck with her!

The palace is in the Vhampier’s realm. The sky is a bright yellow, and the sun is hot fuchsia. The trees, grass, and plants are a dark navy.

Prince Viktor walks down the hall towards the Emperor Emmanuel Vlastimir summit room. Prince Viktor is the Emperor’s nephew. He's Princess Victoria Vlastimir Bach's son. She's the Emperor's sister.

Viktor is a tall, muscular, and handsome Vhampier. He walks with urgency and elegance. His jet-black hair is long, and he keeps it shoulder length. His beautiful glowing green eyes with gold specks are serious and hard. His thick and curly black eyelashes don’t soften his look. His jaw is clench, the jaw muscle twitches from the extreme pressure, and his full lips are closed tight.

Victor takes even strides down the hall, his back is straight and regal as he taps his heels on the glossy black marble floor.

He stops at the entrance of the summit room waiting for the guard to announce him.

The tall Vhampier guard nods and opens the door. He announces Prince Viktor.

Emperor Emmanuel waits for Prince Viktor to enter the room.

Prince Viktor walks up to the front of the room and taps his heels as he bows his head with his hands crossed behind him. My Emperor.

He stands straight and looks straight ahead waiting for him to talk.

Prince Viktor, I would like to hear if you learned anything about my firstborn. Did you get any information from his family? My human son is out there, and I need to locate him.

Viktor continues to look straight ahead and nods. He then looks at his uncle, the Emperor.

My Emperor, the family has moved several times, and it’s unknown where they migrated to. I’m searching for any leads. The earth realm has a lot of agencies that are a total chaos. The information appears not to exist. The earth realm was not very good keeping records in the early 1900’s.

Emperor Emmanuel closes his eyes and clenches his fists. He opens them and nods.

I bid you to continue to search for Walter and continue to keep this information in total secrecy. I also have some additional urgent missions for you. I have a Senator that’s being investigated by the council, and I’m thinking of having him eliminated once the evidence is acquired. I despise treason, and I wouldn’t tolerate it!

I’m at your service my Emperor. I’ll await your orders.

Excellent Demise, you’re the best Vhampier assassin in the Vhampier Realm! I’m going to request that you return to the realm after you locate my human son, Walter. I’m counting on you to handle missions that I have open.

Viktor nods at him. Your bidding will be done.

Very well Prince Viktor. He nods dismissing him.

Prince Viktor taps his heels and turns around to leave the room.

What the fucking hell! The damn records were lost in the damn fire. Where in the hell do I look? I’m enjoying my stay on the earth realm. The last time that I enjoyed some time on the earth realm was when I was in my early thirties. It’s been a few decades since I’ve been there and everything has changed.

He walks into his room and changes quickly into black slacks and a green shirt. He teleports to his apartment balcony. He touches the small black box to open the glass door. The glass door shimmers and disappears.

He enters his apartment. The door opening shimmers, and the door appears immediately. The apartment is in Los Angeles, and it’s the home of the supernatural entities.

He walks over to the bar, each step sinks into the soft carpet, and he grabs a crystal glass from the bar counter. He grabs some ice cubes, and he pours some whiskey over the ice. He takes a drink of his whiskey closing his beautiful glowing green eyes.

Yeah, I’m going out to hang with my brethren. I also want to search for that beautiful sweet sinfully sexy Wolff that’s driving me crazy. I can’t get her off my mind.
