    Mr Westacott's Christmas - Michael J. Elliott

    ACKNOWLEDGMENTS.

There are a few people I would like to thank. Firstly, two members of the Bint family, Stewart Bint and Alfie Bint. Stewart is the author of In Shadows Waiting and Thunderlands. I highly recommend Stewart's books to you especially In Shadows Waiting. It is one of the best supernatural books you are likely to read. Stewart and I met on Twitter and it was his encouragement that gave me the courage to put pen to paper. A big thank you to Stewart for all his support, encouragement and wonderful reviews.

Alfie Bint is a cheeky budgie who has become quite a star in his own right. He works side by side with his pet human Stewart. Alfie has helped to bring Stewart out of his shell, thanks largely to his huge fan base on Twitter and Facebook. Alfie is actually the star of this book cover! He is portraying the part of Mr Perkins, the pet budgie of Mr Westacott. Alfie will be featured on more covers of the Mr Westacott series, but if you can't wait that long you can visit him and Stewart at:  https://www.facebook.com/stewart.bint

I must also thank the wonderful DM Cain, another friend and author of The Phoenix Project and The Chronicles Of Chaos (another two books I can thoroughly recommend to you). DM's wonderful reviews of my stories have provided me with encouragement, motivation and renewed my love of writing.

I would also like to say g'day to Rocky Rochford. His books both inspire and terrify me. He is one of the most generous of writers, freely giving me his time and advice on many occasions.

Christie Stratos of Proof Positive Editing for her wonderful work on this story and collection of short horror stories, Portraits of Dread. I would like to say thank you to my writers group, The Awethors,
