End of this series. Maddie's father committed suicide when she was a teen, after being fired from his job by Bryce Delacourt. Now a journalist, she signs on with a tabloid to work her way into the Delacourt family and publish dirt on Bryce as revenge. She chooses single Tyler as her method to get an inside track into the family, believing that her father was fired to cover up an affair between Bryce and an accountant. But it wasn't that at all...Tyler was the product of his mother's affair with an oil rig foreman, who has been like a father to him - because Daniel is his true biological father, and Bryce just raised him.
