Features over 150 black and white images of Osipova behind the scenes and on stage, including unique glimpses taken from the wings at Covent Garden. Andrej Uspenski has used his exclusive vantage point as a First Artist with The Royal Ballet, to produce a moving photographic tribute to the most exciting prima ballerina in the world today.

Andrej Uspenski
Andrej Uspenski was born in St Petersburg and trained at the Vaganova Ballet Academy, before moving to Germany to study at the Palucca School, Dresden, and complete his training at the State Ballet School, Berlin. He was invited to dance with the Royal Danish Ballet. Three years later, Andrej arrived in London to join The Royal Ballet and dance the Company’s exceptional range of repertory. Included in this demanding schedule is Andrej’s private passion – photography.
