Reviews for The Master and Margarita

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is one of my favorite books of all time ( Literature Major, here). There is a great tragedy behind the creation of this work in that the author lived in a the state of fear (which is powerfully illustrated with this novel-that is, the dangers of authoritarianism!) In short, this isn't college, so I won't right a paper on this, but The Master and Margarita" is a wondrous piece of literature and political commentary. It has rightfully earned its place as a masterpiece of modern magical realism (a genre which I have always adored!)
