Do you have times when you doubt the almighty power of God? His sense of justice, perhaps? Even His love?

I know that I do.

Of course, my brain is constantly telling me that He is almighty, that He adores His people intensely with an unquenchable love and that He will ensure that justice is done in our lives.

And yet in my heart I sometimes doubt all this. I go my own way. I act as if He were not in charge.

I can recall many occasions when this has happened, with issues of health, with my finances, with family problems. I do pray, of course, and I always place my concerns before the Almighty.
